Literally miss something in my order EVERY TIME I don't check. Then you call up there, and they NEVER answer the phone. I'm literally done with this place. I'm not exaggerating. A family of four will be missing something every time. And then I got two box meals, they're not even in a box, chips are just thrown in a bag and fell out everywhere. I cannot go through an entire bag to see if the order is there. You guys need to get stickers or something, put them on a piece of paper, and check each one off when you put them in the bag. Ordered two crunch wraps, a burrito and a chalupa cravings box. One of the crunch wraps was burnt and the "crunch" was soggy. People in the drive through are bitchy, even when you're polite to them. The chalupa was only filled half way, the taco was thin af, and both burritos were air for the first two bites, with the sour cream in only the last bite. I just want to know why a national corporation is acting like they can't afford ingredients? I'm not asking for overstuffed or fat, just for the the taco shells, tortillas and wraps to be filled to capacity like a normal Taco Bell would. The best part of the meal was the Baja blasts and the cinnamon twists. And at least my dog is overjoyed with soggy burnt crunch wrap wrapper. read more

BULLSHIT YOUR "DRIVE THROUGH WAS DOWN" at 1245am. This is ridiculous, came from Weston to a "late night" Taco Bell only to have the person claim "the drive through was down", but when we drove through the crew was breaking the line down and cleaning for closing. It seemed that they had been shut down for sometime, yet the lights and menu were still on. Guess this is what Taco Bell means by "open late". Seriously, this is bullshit, follow your posted open hours or change them. However it's Taco Bell and Leavenworth so really I don't know why I'm surprised at the lack of work ethic or ability to not slack off. We went through the drive through, then had to park and my wife had to go back into the restaurant TWICE to get the same two quesadillas made the right way, and they still couldn't, we had to get a refund. We just wanted the cheese melted with no sauce. read more

Hardly an ounce of meat or cheese in any of the three crunchy tacos that I ordered. This is substandard, even for TB's skimpy taco portions. This is our first time at this TB, as we're new to the area, and we used the drive-thru at 10pm on a Thursday evening. I'm currently sitting in line waiting to pick up forgotten food, again, for the third time out of my only three trips to this Taco Bell location. All three times the staff confirmed they handed everything to me, only for this to be wrong. This Taco Bell location needs to do some remedial training on their staff who take orders and pass the food to its customers. I always make special orders at Taco Bell because I'm a picky eater, but this one always does a good job getting them right. Some of the menu items here seem to be cheaper than other ones in the area, which is always good. I say this about every Taco Bell, but go inside and order, because I swear they give you more food for the money when you do. I've had good and bad experiences at this Taco Bell. I'm one of those people that almost always gets the same thing at restaurants once I find something I like. I like them a certain way as well. For example: Something I normally get is a bean burrito with extra red sauce. On a particular occasion, when I got one, there was hardly anything in it and the refried beans were dried out and disgusting. It was lunch time, when they should have been making more as they were getting low. It just shouldn't have happened. If they were completely out, then they should have just said so. I have eaten at this location in the past and none of those moments were memorable, however today I gotta give props to the young girl who worked the drive thru. She was nice, polite and very effecient. My tacos were plentiful and full of ingredients and that is a first for any of the taco bell locations. Been here multiple times and I must say I have never had bad service. The staff has always been friendly and the food has always tasted pretty good. Of course on some of the items on the menu they could put a bit more in the burritos and stuff considering what you pay for one. One of the girls I had lunch with got a burrito and when she opened it up to put some mild sauce in it it didn't look like it had very much in it at all. Like 4-5 potato pieces and the rest well I don't even know. The burrito was as thin as could be. I would have been a little angry, but that's just me. OK, so it is Taco Bell, so you should know what you're in for. But, from what I've seen, the entire staff is really great. They smile, they are courteous, and the place is kept relatively clean. They do need to keep up a little with the condiment supplies, as I've been in a couple times and they often need different sauces refilled. The bathroom was clean the one time I used it, and didn't even smell bad. However, there are no paper towels offered (only a weak hand dryer) so that is a definitely minus. read more

So I came her last night at around 9: 20 pm. Usually I have a great experience at this location but last night was a completely different story. We pulled up and the girl taking our order was extremely rude, she forgot to turn her mic off and all we heard was " what a fu***** as*****." assuming they were speaking about my husband. We were absolutely appalled.. We didn't say anything cause we didn't want our food messed with. We finally get our food, the same girl being extremely rude and looked absolutely unprofessional. 10/15/18 - We drive an extra 15 mins to come to this one because of the following: Tables are always clean, Service is always fast and super friendly, and the best thing I can say is that I have never had a burrito where the food is on the outside of the wrapper or falling out of the bottom. Taco Bell is pretty good. They have many different variations of tacos and most are good. just recently they remodeled the inside and I think it looks good. Also, they just added ordering online which is pretty cool and convenient. The staff is good as well. I have never gotten a wrong order when I go there. read more
