This Chick-fil-A is so busy!! We ordered via the app and sat down. Had our meal within a few minutes it was fresh and hot and perfect. No issues at all. The only tiny problem was they forgot our sauces. But a quick run to the counter and we had them. Ordered via mobile (good-sized order). Had reviewed in the past with 5 stars, but need to update with current experience. Once my mobile order and checked in, i sat in the reserved mobile spots awaiting my order. After 19 minutes went by and no order, i called the store and stated the time i was waiting. 3 minutes later, my order was delivered and the lady (very nice and apologized) stated no information was on the two bags where to deliver. I find this unacceptable and questions should have been raised when the staff had seen this order sitting there. The order itself was good except for the 'Chick-n-strips'. They were not the usual tender, baked just right i am used to. They seemed over-cooked, browner & drier. I work close to this location so it's one infrequent often. Of course my go to order is chicken nuggets & Mac/cheese. Cooked perfect every time and they always give me a good amount of sauces I ask for. Straws and disposable plastic silverware, napkins are always put in and I never have to ask. SO I'll be honest...I was introduced to Chick-fil-A for the first time this year (gasp! I know!). I truly have been missing out on something amazing for 27 years. But now that I have been introduced, I'm hooked! I am in love with their chicken nuggets and love that they have two options to choose from; when I'm having a great day (crispy) and when I'm need to be healthy - ugh (grilled). Both are so tasty so even when I want to eat a little bit healthier, I'm not dreading it. On top of that, every single time I walk in, I feel like I'm truly welcomed and the cashiers, especially at front during the morning/afternoon, are amazing individuals and as a part-time teacher at a school nearby, you have no idea how many times my trip to Chick-fil-A has saved me mentally. I have seen them all over the country, but I have never stopped there. A few weeks ago, they opened one by my mom's house. I had grown tired of the rubbery grilled chicken sandwich at Sonic and thought I would try a place that specializes in chicken. Lunchtime on a Tuesday, it was insane with old people, men in suits and kids....what the hell, aren't kids in school in October? Anyway, they had put up orange cones to contain the drive thru, so I went inside. I had to repeat my order several times, which is not unusual. Since I was a kid, I have ordered my fast food burgers and chicken sandwiches with cheese only. I guess that is still hard for employee's to comprehend. In fact, it is so hard to comprehend, that they always hand it over with something extra. Chick-fil-A was no exception. Pickles....which I can't stand. Normally I would just pull off their extra addition, but pickles include pickle juice, which, had already soaked into my bun. I returned it and watched as they made a new one. What I ordered was the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese. It is fried. I had planned on ordering the grilled chicken, but they hooked me with the "spicy" part. I had already stopped by Sonic to get my Route 44 ice tea, so I knew I could put out the fire. I didn't order fries, which was ok, because I am not big on the waffle variety. The shakes looked pretty intriguing, but I thought the fried sandwich would do enough damage for the day. The counter is sort of a cluster f**k, there is not enough room to line up behind each separate register, so you come through the door and end up standing in an area which really isn't the end of the line, but the end of only one line. To complicate matters even more, there is a door on the other end of the counter that blows the napkins and signs all over the place but still doesn't get you to where you need to be. Even with the crows, my order came up pretty quick. I don't think I have ever had a fast food chicken sandwich that hot, juicy, thick or crispy. It wasn't quite as spicy as I had hoped, but I guess they have to appeal to the masses. I can't wait to try the grilled chicken. Next time. read more

I have been going here frequently for around a year but the quality of the food has really gone down. Apart from that employees don't even wear their mask... even though we are still in a pandemic and they are making our food as well. Mobile order can only be done through carry out or drive thru and they got rid of curbside pickup, so now we wait forever to get our food. We went on Friday and the girl taking orders outside randomly left two cars before us so no one confirmed our mobile order so we had to wait around 5 more minutes just to get our food. They also made it seem like it was our fault that no one took our order. The food was pretty gross and they forgot my icecream at first and suddenly remembered. Overall not a great experience. As the 15 year old behind the counter awkwardly mumbled, "The pleasure is all mine," after I'd thanked him for handing me my tea, I knew, this would be in the top 10 weirdest eating experiences of all time. All signs were pointing directly toward bizarre. We waited in line for 25 minutes due to a few things, the two (extremely) young people in charge cashiering and that they were running out of all kinds of things. Seven people asked for lemonade, the kid replied, "we're out," as all of us saw a half full tempting container of swirling lemonade behind him. When our turn to order came it went smoother than most, as we were prepared and knew there was no lemonade to be had. J and I chose a table that suddenly began to smell like a dirty diaper. I was not about to look for said diaper but that's a smell that everyone knows. We quickly scooted to the other side of the restaurant. 16 more minutes later, I knew our food was next. It had to be! You can tell that they actually *try* to really live up to good customer service. They believe in the little things like no self serve drink station and they bring your food to you, if you choose. However, when they do bring your food, they yell your name. As it had already been that kind of day it should have been no surprise when the young man yelled, "Mancy! Mancy!" I had two responses...1) Really? and 2) My own hysterical laughter. As we sat down to eat, out of the corner of my eye I saw a 60 year old woman climbing through the play land like tubes, up on top. I highly doubt she was shorter than 5 foot but she was clearly enjoying herself. The spicy chicken itself was excellent, maybe not worth waiting almost an hour but we were in no hurry. I liked the Chick-fil-A sauce, it is almost honey mustard but in a good way. The girl that was working the drive thru window was ON. IT. She had people flying out of there, so, if you go and don't have a lot of time, absolutely utilize the drive-thru option. They seemed a bit ill prepared for the crowds due to it's Saturday-ness and Farm Aid at Livestrong. Honestly, if it hadn't been so ridiculous, I'd have given the place a 3 but the food is pretty good and they made me laugh so, that goes a long way, so, 4 stars it is. read more

Oh hell yes to delicioius chicken! I am so pleased with the staffing and management. These people, even if it is in their employment interest, are super friendly. The manager is great at helping out the local communities. They have done Piper High School fundraisers for their swim team and other sports. I mean just really great at supporting the community. Now about the food, I just think great selection for a chicken restaurant. I love the chicken nuggets, I mean you can really tell that it comes from a chicken breast and not just stamped together. Also great waffle fries and even the side salad is good. I really love thier milkshakes too! Good place to grab some food. read more
