Often times they forget your cups but if you try to stand up at the front and get someone attention, you are completely ignored. The food is terrible and often not what you ordered. Super slow service in drive through & inside as well. They don't regularly staff someone at the front counter. I was in line & the guy at the register finished with the lady in front of me & then walked away to stalk sauces no one was in immediate need of. When they forgot my drink cup I spent two minutes waiting for any staff member to acknowledge I was there. My wait time inside was almost 10 minutes for a drink & two burritos, 10 cats outside passed through the drive through before I got my food. 4 people in back & 1 at front counter. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. 1/2 of employees standing in food area not working 90% of the time. I've been here 30 minutes after I put in my order, and still have not received my food. 1 person already walked out and abandoned his food since it's taking so long. Lobby is not even full of people. Two simple orders took fifteen minutes. We were the only two in the whole place! We were in a hurry to get back on the road, and we couldn't have picked a slower place. My son was looking forward to breakfast at the new Taco Bell, so we left early before church to make time to eat together. We ordered our food and sat down in the near-empty dining room. When we finally received our food 22 minutes later, we had run out of time. When I mentioned to the stupefied counterperson how long I had been waiting for my food, some customers who had just walked in, walked back out. One named Tony was cursing and whining about what a thankless job he had. Didn't look overly clean and was not busy enough for two chalupas and two drinks to take 20 mins. Food was half cold. Not even an apology for the wait. And IF a company is allowing managers to belittle and shout at employees trying to get paid on a Tuesday they shouldn't do so in front of customers especially admitting they didn't pay the employee. This is the greatest fast food place in the multiverse I ordered well over 50 dollars of food and got it all in 2 minutes the service gave chic-fil-a a run for its money. I am astounded by the beauty of this faculty flawless flower placement the design was bold yet approachable I live in Florida however I will return just to com to this Taco Bell just incredible. A symphony of flavor just erupted in my mouth in just the first bite, 100% better than my mothers cooking. Bless this Taco Bell and all of its workers. P.S. I have been to a lot of Taco Bell's in my life. When I decided to embark on this specific bell I had different expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture of this establishment. When we went inside we noticed an amazing kiosk I was dumbfounded by this incredible discovery. I was able to customize my order! Not even 4 minutes later appeared out of thin air the gentleman calling my name (who not to mention was so charismatic and friendly) gave me my food. When I went back into my car to eat this extravagant spread I was shook with the amount of hot cheese gushing from my food. It was fabulous! The potatoes were ripe and warm, my Cinnabon delights stayed fresh for a solid 30 min. I have never been to such a magnificent Taco Bell. I would definitely recommend to any Taco Bell enthusiasts to make sure you visit this Taco Bell. I WILL be returning. read more

Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell ever. Every single time I have gone here-which admittedly is too often- every single item gets messed up. Like In ways that make you question how? Most recently was the last straw. I had my two nieces with me, who are lactose intolerant, we placed a mobile order with the correct substitutions and then left to go pick it up. I handed the kids their food and drove off, once they got home, they opened their food and began eating. About halfway through a burrito my nieces both said that there was sour cream in their burrito. I said oh I'm sorry, try something else, to which their reaction was the same. I called the store to try and figure out what happened and all they said was there was no substitutions on their end. I told the manager that I have a screenshot of my mobile order and that there was in fact substitutions. I asked for a refund, even just a partial refund as I knew my nieces at least started eating the food, The manager said that due to me placing a mobile order he had no way to issue a refund. read more

Ever since they built a new building, its very slow! If you have about 30 minutes of free time, go ahead. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else. The chicken quesrito is what I usually get with a fiesta potato bowl, its always nice and hot. Sometimes the chicken tastes like it was microwaved. The potatoes are okay, sometimes crunchy. I went to Taco Bell in Lebanon, OR to get a Chicken Taco Salad Combo meal. After placing my order the young man said it would be $10.00 when I question that he said it was $7.49. When I question that price letting him know on the menu it said $6.19 his response was "I don't know lady I don't make up the menu's." I let him know I was not going to purchase it at his price when the menu has it posted at $6.19. His response was "Fine don't purchase it." This young man was very rude and didn't attempt to find out why there was a difference in the pricing. If this is how customers are going to be treated if they question something I will not go back and I will not recommend others go there. I have gone to this store before and the drive through is very slow but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is to bad that now the staff cannot handle being questioned as well as being slow. Will not be going back to Lebanon Taco Bell until customer service improves and rude staff is gone. read more
