Good morning. I would like to report a horrific experience I encountered yesterday, February 22nd, at the Lithia Springs store. It was an issue with my order. I asked for a replacement, and it escalated into aggressive behavior, including being cursed out in front of customers and employees. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was the manager, and I was horrified. Not only was I disrespected in public, but she would not give me a refund, and the quality was horrific. Law enforcement was called, and I decided to wait until today to speak to a different manager and get in contact with the proper people regarding how the store is monitored and the lack of quality food they're sending out that's not at temperature and not edible. I was eating my meal with the Diablo sauce and in the middle of eating I started itching my face with the slightest bit of pressure under my eyes and around my mouth and next thing you know, the next day my skin was dry, itchy, burning, and irritated on the spots I lightly touched! read more

Absolutely the worst meal I've ever had. I ordered 4 regular crunchy beef tacos fresca style & a LG Mtn Dew. I received 2 of the SADDEST tacos in the history of all tacos - fresca not included, 1 taco less fresca & less beef- it had potatoes, and 1 taco less fresca but with cheese & a tomato or two. Then, the drink is less ice because they " didn't have any right now"... but " you can go to the gas station next door". Heck I could've eaten there hadkI known my order was garbage. This place I beg no one of color go into this place I'm middle of a storm it's freezing inside, and the workers here are the worse we stood up there for ten for her to come tell me to order from the kiosk and didn't want to take order and one of the workers came in and clocked in with some nasty ass house shoe I asked her a question she totally ignored me went back outside to put on her shoes on thee freaking phone the whole time totally ignored me the entire time just remember there was no one in the drive-through. I think I've seen one or two cars. Maybe we came in because we're traveling to Arizona and try to get something to eat. Went by this Taco bell tonight. Miles ( hope I spelled that right ) was working the drive thru. This young man was so patient because I could find what my fiance wanted. He was also very helpful. Wen I pulled up to the window he was very courteous and polite. Seems like he took pride in his job and did it with a smile. I don't think this place understands the meaning of fast food. Once I went through the drive through and spent 15 minutes waiting for food. This time I went in to order. They don't actually have anyone at the register, it's a kiosk you order from, which is not very apparent and no one tells ya. I waited 20 minutes to get food this time. I also watched an old lady try to order from someone and they told her, by yelling from the kitchen, to use the kiosk. She asked for a person because she doesn't use them well and they told her no, she had to use the kiosk. Service and speed are terrible here. read more

They are very slow in cooking the food. I ordered my food at 2:20pm and finally got at 2:37pm. I felt that the pace is way too slow.

Have tried several attempts at this location but it's always a horrible experience. Customer service and attitudes are always bad. Food always messed up, drive-thru speaker barley works where they're screaming and messing your order up because of that as well. Also they'll tell you you can't order the correct items at the window that they couldn't hear on the broken speaker, once you wait a long time and get up to it. read more

Every time I go to this location to use the restroom the soap dispenser in the Men's restroom never works. How are the workers washing their hands? Yuck! You know, for a Taco Bell, this was not that bad of an experience. Granted that the drive through lady could not understand the words that came out of my mouth. It went from: Two bean burritos without cheese. To: Two beef burritos without onions. I don't understand how one lead to the other. Nevertheless, after re-dictating my order, they got it right. On the plus side, the young lady running the drive thru window was extremely nice and doing her best to deal with a very backed up drive thru line. The food however was not good. Ordered a Nacho Grande and 4 Tacos. The tacos were ok but the nacho was disgusting. Honestly looked like someone threw chips in a box and then shat in the box... two smears of beef and beans covered in cheese. Just not good - tasted nasty. I stop here a lot bc it's 2 minutes from my house. It's what I would call a "damn good Taco Bell," meaning that it's as good as Taco Bell gets. They make a killer mexican pizza. Staff is always slow and aren't friendly. They greet you with a "how are you" but it's only out of habit, they don't mean it. :\ They never look me in the eyes either when I go to the window. SOOOO I just went through the drive thru. Had to sit there for 10 minutes for two hard shell supreme tacos, two soft shell tacos with only cheese AND A LOADED POTATO GRILLER. TEN MINUTES. My kids were shocked at the appearance of the store, and asked if we were at Taco Bell? This is an older store that needs a renovation. The store was overall dirty in first impression. Staff is absolutely disrespectful, my order was made wrong TWICE. Originally went to drive thru and then When I asked for my money back they refused to give me a refund. I went inside the store to watch them make my food again. The guy was sweeping the floor and wiping the counters went back behind the counter to remake the food.
