Honestly I feel really bad for the employees... seems like there's are not enough people on shift, and their system is disorganized. My order seemed to "get lost in the oven" and had to wait triple the amount of time I was told at checkout. I'm not upset as upset as I could be because I have a lot of sympathy for the employees.. the job is stressful with little money. This discourages me from returning though. We ordered online for pickup at 6 PM. We got there late at 6:35 thinking it will definitely be ready. It wasn't ready and we ended up waiting. The online portal also doesn't refresh to give accurate updates. It's supposed to let you know when the pizza is done but ours appeared to be "stuck" and never informed us the pizza was done. Also the "pizza portal" in the store doesn't really work. I have now places 3 separate orders I was to retrieve my pizza within a specific window. Today was the 3rd time my pizza order was no where near ready within the window. My family and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for an our order. The staff was incredibly rude an disrespectful and I will also be contacting the BBB & corporate office/franchise owner. We live in the area and come here from time to time . This review is necessary because we have the same experience with the same lady each time we go. Last week we came in and she's too busy flirting with some guy to do her job effectively and in a timely manner . A few of the customers who were waiting exchanged remarks about the service . So this is now the third time within the past 6 months that I have ordered from this store and had issues. 2 times my orders were canceled with no explanation given. The other time the pizza was practically raw and had to be throw in the oven to be baked more. Customer service is pretty dry and awful. They've also gotten my orders wrong on multiple occasions. Other than that, the food is great. This franchise makes their own dough (on site?) and what a difference that makes! It's a perfect for when you're in a hurry or are just craving pizza but can't stop in a restaurant and sit down to enjoy it. While I won't stop going to Little Caesers, I highly doubt I'm returning to this location due to customer service issues. read more

Okay, there pizza is really really good, the peperonie pizza is better than pizza hut it is more spicy still not to spicy but spicy enough. It's good but it's 4 stars because none of the workers had a mask (you: wait but the government) I don't wanna here about the government of Georgia I know what he said, there wasn't a single mask in the hole building (EXSEPT from the coustermers) the workers didn't even had mask on there chin! Stopped in to pick up a few pizzas before the last Falcons game. We were greeted very sweetly by a girl with a "Welcome, welcome!" as soon as we opened the door. Our order was for two hot-and-ready pizzas plus a Hula Hawaiian. The girl at the register said it would be 15-20 minutes, so we sat on 2 of the 3 chairs they had available. Either time went by quickly, or the (hula) pizza was ready in way less time than originally quoted. We came in the nick of time, because a lot of people started coming in after us. The girl was unfazed the whole time and was quick and courteous to everyone. Overall, loved the service and the pizzas were inexpensive and tasted just as I remembered from the good ol' college days! read more

This location is fast & friendly but none of the staff members were wearing masks correctly (one man who was making the food didn't even have one on & even helped a customer out without one on). What I have found is that you should always order your pizza fresh. When I got the hot n ready, I got sick. I realized it was not as fresh. Overall the service has been fine. Being in the service industry, I can always identify better ways of doing things, but this is not my place. read more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! It was during dinner rush on a Friday night so there was about a 10 minute wait for my pizza and breadsticks (which was no big deal, I wasn't in a rush) and I was given a coupon for breadsticks for my next visit because of the (short!) wait, which was so nice and unexpected. Then to further that curtesy, Diana carried my food out to my car, with a POSITIVE and SWEET attitude. I am left very IMPRESSED and HAPPY with my visit.
