I pre ordered on the app and still took 45 minutes to pick up in the drive thru. The portions are all wrong, I mean great you gave me more toppings but it made everything soggy and a mess. The food was cold also... I got the wrong drink then what I ordered as well... Taco Bell needs a complete corporate reset at this location. If I could give it lower than one star I would. I am very unimpressed with this Taco Bell, so far that this is the first yelp review I have ever left. We went inside and was told it was closed so we went through the drive thru. When we ordered, the worker had no idea what our item we wanted was so we had to do an online order. One person in my party paid for drinks, the other for the food. We tried getting both orders at once. The cherry on top was the that the drive thru was 8 cars long. It was the night of homecoming, my friends and I were hoping for food to fill out tummies that was lacking of the nutrients taco bell could provide to a group of teenage girls. We had difficulties through doordash that led us to wait 3 hours for food that never ended up at our palace. When the doordash service center called to see what the problem was no one was there to here our cry for help, i think it is very important to have a safe place that will answer the phone in a need of nutrition. Unfortunately this taco bell was not the right place to fulfill our hunger and we're not sure if it will ever be with this terrible service that we encountered tonight. Do to our lack of taco bell we had to endure the struggle of the midnight hunger all alone. We were so hungry we were fighting and a pinky nail was lost(A brave a mexican solider was lost. we're hoping this is not a form of racism, she just wanted to be in touch with her roots and that simply couldn't be done because of the terrible staff) So you see in the end a war of hunger and resilience was lost by a homemade chicken nugget that gave us salmonella and therefore was your fault. I've lived in this neighborhood for a year and me and my family have gone here to get food. There was a time where they completely disregarded my order and put guac and sour cream in a quesadilla instead of a grilled STEAK cheese burrito. But, I moved on and haven't been back since until now. I went there a day ago and spent $40 on food. I ordered on the screen and nothing said it was out of anything we go and check out and I pay. I go and get a Baja blast and it's all out and I go tell the lady working she says it's been out for two hours. My friend paid for a large freeze and got a small instead. Horrible service been here since 9:25pm with 4 other cars in drive thru and no one responded to any of the customers and we put in an online order. Most of the time, you end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. They've gotten a bit better with their speed but still needs work. 3/1/18 Around 6pm, I Ordered 3 black bean burritos al Fresca at little chute drive thru. Passenger's order was correct. Paid cash. After driving a few blocks away, found that mine were covered in cheese & had No Pico. I'm a vegan. Found that I Wasn't given receipt in the to go bag. Called store. I was Told to ask for a manager & it would be remade. Drove back to store. Calmly explained to cashier. They Said they would call Manager & that they couldn't take the burritos back. I gave the burritos to a dining room couple. Waited 30 min. Staff not working came in to buy food. He investigated. Then was told that store had no black beans & that there was no manager in site. I calmly Asked for my money back. Waited another 20 min. Store Staff talked to Manager on Phone. Staff said he could remake burritos in 45 min & tripple the order. Respectfully declined, stated that I had been waiting, had plans that I needed to leave for & asked for my money back to go elsewhere to buy food. Staff said that a Manager needed to be there for till refund. He said the Manager was sick & that I could come back tomorrow. Explained that I make most of my meals at home, that I had given the benefit of the doubt each time, that the last 4 visits over the last year were made incorrectly & that I wouldn't be back. I left my name & number. Wished Staff a good day. Departed around 7pm. Tried submitting this review on Taco Bell website. Tried many forms of time input variations but continued to get errors stopping submission. Still havnt heard from a manager or given my money back. Taco Bell, there is much room for improvement.
