I live within 2 miles of this Taco Bell. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this location has tainted my opinion on ever getting a correct order. This next comment is the worst part of this review, I have sat in this DRIVE THROUGH FOR OVER AN HOUR! If I ever see cars lined up to just the ordering area I will not get in line. Plus, they tend to shut down the inside earlier than they are supposed to. I don't know what else they could mess up at this Taco Bell. Through a dart at the wall and hope they at least get your drink order correct. The guy taking orders and at the window seems high every time and no else seems to speak English. My favorite Taco Bell! The service is great. My order is never wrong. The food is always delicious. It's become a Thursday night tradition.

The restaurant is always clean, it can be slow to get your food but not horrible. We decided to try their breakfast, I got the breakfast crunchwrap. I liked it, it has eggs, bacon, a hash brown patty and a spicy sauce. It was really filling too. The drive through is always busy at this location so we usually just go in and get helped fairly quick. We use the self serve kiosk to order, makes it very easy. read more

Maybe they were short staffed but i was in the drive thru for over 20 min. I don't know why I keep going here. I used to go to this location quite frequently 15-20 years ago and never had an issue. The last year or two though have been an absolute joke. I was told over the speaker that they were out of beef, so they were going to give me Chicken in the Cheesy Gordita Crunch and the accompanying tacos. Fine, whatever. When I get around to eating my food, guess what, the tacos have beef. How are they out of beef and then give me beef? Still had chicken in the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I was stupefied. So last night. Pull up to drive thru at 9:03. One car in front of me at the order speaker. We sat there until 9:08 when we could finally pull up and order. 9:13 we pull up to the drive through window to get our food and pay. After paying, I see the clerk filling up our soda cups. She didn't put any ice in them, and when she handed them to me I asked her for ice, and she simply said "we don't have ice" and walked away with no further explanation. Maybe something you should tell someone before they pay for a drink? Or comp the drink since it's warm? Or send someone over to King Soopers to buy a couple bags of ice? That would probably even cost less than the additional soda that was given out due to ice not being in the cups. I threw my soda away after a few sips because warm soda sucks. Nothing else is said to us until we finally get our food at 9:21. 18 minutes to get warm soda and our food with only one other person in front of us.
