Yeah, I had asked for sauce & extra napkins at the window & I was asked to pull around for the first time. I usually go to this Taco Bell because you're rated one of the best & recently I've been pretty happy up until the last 2 but the last 2 times I went, I got the same girl I got tonight. She seems to be new & she's got an attitude, when she brought my extra things out after I called because it was taking her so long to bring extra napkins & sauce that they had forgotten the first place, she brought me one napkin & told me it wasn't necessary for me to call because she was already headed out. This location is an absolute embarrassment. It's the one that is closest to my house, so sometimes it's just convenient to go here, but after the experience I had today, I will absolutely never ever be back. For context: there is usually always something wrong with the order. It's usually not the biggest deal, as I understand Taco Bell is popular, has a lot of orders to fulfill, and mistakes happen. But if we're going to get to the principle: there's always something wrong. On this particular day, we went to this location, and went through the drive through. I ordered all of our food, and at the end said "and can we please have 2 large Baja blast freezes". The individual working the drive through said "will that be all?" and I said yes, and they proceeded to give me the total without the freezes. Not a big deal. I pulled up to the window, and said "did you happen to get the Baja blast freezes" and they immediately seemed annoyed, and said no, and added it to the order. They made the drinks and handed them to me, but they were just the regular soft drink. I said, "oh, they were supposed to be the freezes," to which they replied, "see you didn't say that, you just said Baja blast." With all due respect: I know what I said. And I told them that. And they began to engage in a back and forth with me. They walked away from the window, and started saying to their coworkers, "she can't even say it right", assuming I was out of ear shot, and at that point, I was no longer interested in giving them my business. I asked for my money back, and they started giving to me, but continued running their mouth. Saying "you didn't say freeze". At that point, I assumed they were maybe having a bad day, and decided to no longer engage. While they were retrieving my change from the drawer, multiple employees were peeking around from the back giving me dirty looks. The individual gave me my money back, and said, "I'm sorry about that, I think we were just both confused". Again, with all (if any) due respect: I was not confused. Most consistent Taco Bell I have ever encountered: No matter what time you visit this location, you will not be surprised when you receive a bag that resembles the life work of a landfill archaeologist. I actually received a chicken quesadilla that was frozen in a block of ice it was so cold. Wishing the last few hours of them closing they refuse to make food or only accept payments certain ways, like cash only or app only purchases. I get that maybe because of covid. So this time I ordered on the app, to avoid as little contact as possible because of covid, got charged the money to my card. When I arrived they said they couldn't make the food because of staffing. I saw 3 people in there when I was leaving. So when I asked about a refund to my card they said they couldn't help me because they didn't receive any training on that. This is my second Yelp about this restaurant. I had placed an online order and tried to cancel it right away. They kept picking the up the phone up, and then hanging up on me. I never got my order, but have not been able to get the cost refunded to my card. I sent the store a couple of online messages and then sent an email to the corporate Taco Bell "contact us" option. This was several weeks ago, and No one has responded to any of my messages. So they basically stole my money, and will not refund it to my card.
