If I could rate this restaurant, a zero star, I would. Not only is the staff neglectful, but they're downright disrespectful. I believe everybody on staff needs to be fired. Including the managers. I went through the drive-through, ordered two burritos, two tacos, and a quesadilla. I asked for a couple customizations, mostly no lettuce on the taco. I am allergic to lettuce. These neglectful assholes, put lettuce on a taco, despite saying, no lettuce... so I paid for a taco, that I can't eat without having an allergic reaction. Son asked to stop after his soccer game. We put our order in at the kiosk and waited over 20mins. The lady behind the counter said it never printed but I was told by another worker that she deleted it by accident. When our food was ready 25 mins later I asked for the number or email of a manager and was told no by 3 separate employees. The lady that decided to speak to me said that my food was made (it was wrong and missing items) and that I should be happy. Worst service ever. I walked in at 11:07 after ordering at 11am for lunch. I walked into the restaurant and stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes as the drive thru employee continuously made eye contact and even tried to hide behind a wall from the customers view. I've had some of the best chalupas at this location and today some of the worst. From service and lack of attention or interest in cashier at drive thru. I get my order 1. No hot sauce which I mentioned twice upon ordering. Requested and then was asked needed hot sauce and said yes hot sauce. At drive thru I receive order. I notice no hot sauce. Then says thanks. My drink? Ok hands it to me ...I assumed state was in bag so no straw. Start eating my combo and one tacos is missing big chunk... Tacos we're not bad though. Tried again today, ordered online, front doors were locked. Spent over 35 mins in the drive thru line. Order was wrong. Someone's kid was running around inside the store, playing with cups. The employee on 7/31/23 was so fast with our mobile order at 1:20am. We are in the middle of moving and I hardly ever write reviews but GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He was so nice and thoughtful. We were one of three cars in line , while it was just him in the store and he was working hard. The food was the best Taco Bell we have ever had and it was all put together neatly in each wrapper, you can tell he really cared. He was so attentive and a true definition of customer service. You can tell he definitely went above and beyond, especially when asking us about our move he really empathized and made sure our experience was nothing short of amazing. read more

Unfortunately we persevered and ordered and then my wife looked for a clean table and there were none. Finally wiped one small table with Kleenex to sit at. Took long time to get our food. Absolutely terrible customer service, even for Taco Bell standards. I can understand having a drive thru register down and having to ask customers to proceed to the lobby to place their orders. However, if you are going to ask something of me, then be ready to take my order. I waited behind a few other customers and the staff didn't even acknowledge us. Minutes went by and even a gentleman who, I assume is the owner (purely because he was wearing some kind of Talledega Nights t-shirt behind the counter and all of the teenagers were following him like a mother hen), looked up at us and had a defeated look on his face, and still did not even greet the customers waiting to order. I have a few issues with today's visit. First, the quantity of the food is terrible, and not worth the price you pay. The beef burrito that I ordered was lacking in meat and nowhere to be found was any onion and very few tomatoes, but they have no problem charging your full price of $4.19 plus tax. The soft tacos were even worse, the meat was barely present. I understand that they have to measure their food as they make it, but not sure what the measurement is, I'd sure like to now. What is 1/5 of a smidge of a teaspoon?? Not all employees were wearing masks, and for me personally that is an issue as I'm someone who is susceptible to this catching anything. Lastly, when trying to contact them via phone, it's impossible as nobody is there to answer the phone. I called 10x and not a single answer. This will teach me a good lesson and a reminder not to be expecting much from them, at least not this location. read more
