This one star rating is based on the horrible employees the assistant manager has her hands full and is amazing. I had a order of 2 loco tacos, 1 supreme taco, 3 empanadas, 4 Cinnabon's, chicken quesadilla, large Baja blast and 2 beefy Fritos burritos with extra meat. Before we pulled away I checked to make sure everything was in there and they didn't have 2 of the tacos in there they fixed that. I get home and unroll my beefy Fritos with "extra meat" and the pic shown is what I had. One had a tiny grain of meat the other a couple little splotches. I call and talk to the assistant manager and she was more than kind and told me to come back in they would remake my entire order. So I get in my truck drive back out there and go in. I hand the kid my receipt and he goes to make it. I sat there for over 25 min and then I get my order and low and behold the beefy Fritos burritos were not even in the bag. I let the assistant manager know and she tells the kid making the stuff and he gets attitude with her and says yes they are. She then asks if she can get in the bag and see what's in there and lays everything out and sees they are not in there. She tells the kid he gets all pissy and takes 5 more min to make them then slaps the bag on the counter and walks off. The assistant manager apologized and took great care of us. I chalk it up to the misfit kid had his stupid spider looking hair cut which was a bunch of braids looking like a giant spider crawling on his head to tight and he couldn't see or the way he was acting probably didn't even finish grade school. Assistant Manager you were awesome and I feel bad for you having to babysit those idiots. I have lived here 8 years not one time has my order ever been correct at this location or had a manager that stood up and grave any customer service but the girl tonight did an amazing job and don't deserve such shit employees to work with. read more

I feel sorry for thw local restaurant because it isnt their fault. Just had breakfast there and wow was that terrible. In one word , BLAND. If Taco Bell is going to take on McDonald's breakfast, their going to have to throw this menu out and start over. Your a mexican restaurant why not serve Huevos Rancheros? Why not make a breakfast burrito that has some flavor like putting some salsa or green chili in it? Not sure McDonald's makes a breakfast burrito still but when I had one there a couple years ago, it made Taco Bells taste like paper. Dump the stupid waffle taco and simply make it a plate. That is what my daughter did. As a taco it was so unappetizing although once she got a plate and flattened it out, it was too bad. The waffle was a little dry. Basically I recommend heading to Santiago's down the street for a breakfast burrito that tastes 100 times better and costs $0.50 more. read more

This restaurant is out of control! The worst experience ever had at a "fast food " restaurant. After waiting 25 minutes for our order it came out missing items and taco supremes were regular tacos, I complained and asked if the whole order could be remade so everything was hot, the manager complained back to me questioning me saying I can't have the order remade because an item was wrong, I said even though the order was still not complete either? She said that's correct. I said in that case, cancel my order and give me my money back. She said I can not give a refund. I became angry and demanded a refund! Another employee came over and said just give him a refund, reluctantly she did and I left. I would not patronize this Taco bell, go east on 119 to any other fast food restaurant you can think of. Went through the drive through after a terrible day at work. Not only was my food excellent, but my day was made. I asked the cashier for EXTRA hot sauce. He said "just riddle me this: can you possible ever have enough hot sauce?" I smiled and jokingly said oh no! He said "very well then!" And handed me my bag which was filled to the brim with hot sauce. Finding my quesadilla at the bottom was like trying to fish out a child in a ball pit at Chuck E. Cheese. I recently placed a simple order via the app. I arrived about 5-10 minutes after it should have been ready. When I checked in at the drive thru microphone they confirmed that they had received my order but when I reached the window they asked me to park out front. It was another 5 minute wait before I received my order. I honestly don't think they even started my order until I arrived. I'm not one of those psychos that holds off-freeway fast food joints to insane standards, but I expect the food to 1) be ready fast, 2) be hot. 3) taste as expected, and 4) not kill me. Here in Longmont for a wedding -- it is next door to our hotel. The first thing I noticed was how understaffed it was. The lady at the cash register was running back in forth between the register and preparing food. She greeted every person with a smile and was incredibly accommodating. Customers were rude, inappropriate, and outrageous. It was obvious that the staff did not have much help (for having to run the front, drive-thru, etc) -- and customers still gave them a hard time. I had a pretty complicated order and everything came out accurate (and hot!). If you come here, expect a wait, but do not expect terrible customer service or bad food. I would definitely rate this establishment 5-stars. read more

I usually try to keep my orders simple as not to confuse the help. So I ordered 5 bean & cheese burritos regular and 4 with no sauce, no onions. The cashier seemed to get it right on the screen, but the cook didn't bother to make any of them without sauce. All 9 burritos were identical with sauce and onions. read more

The speed of service at this store is absolutely abysmal. I've had several poor experiences at this store in the past but I wanted to give them another shot. After today, I will not be returning to this store and I will strongly recommend that others avoid it. I went through the drive through at 3:20pm. I was on my way to work but had plenty of time and was in no hurry. I purchased two orders of breadsticks and a soda. The employee informed me that it would be a 7 minute wait. This was expected as I understand that their Pizza Hut menu is made-to-order during non-peak hours. He asked me to pull around to the front of the store and my food would be brought out to me. While waiting out front, I was the only customer. There were no other customer cars in the lot and no other cars went through the drive through. Several employees went in and out repeatedly during this time. After waiting for TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES, I went inside to check on my order. The employee at the front counter apologized for the wait and went to check on my food. The breadsticks were still sitting in a pan on the counter in the prep area. The employee asked the kitchen staff to get them boxed up. After another five minutes of waiting, she went back and boxed them up herself. The food I received was completely cold. At this point, I was now running late for work and did not have time to go through the process of getting a refund. In summary, I was quoted a seven minute wait on my food. After waiting for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES with no other customers in the building, I received cold food. I really wish I could say this was a one-off experience, but this was just the final straw in a long line of awful customer experiences with this store. Horrible customer service. Food is typical taco bell fare. Lobby is full of customers waiting for their orders. After waiting for 25 minutes, our order was slapped down on the counter without a 'sorry for the wait' or even a thank you. Because it's so close to the interstate, people will stop when they see the Taco Bell sign, thinking they'll get a fast meal. Good luck with that at this site. read more

The best part about this Taco Bell is the Pizza Hut. If you catch them right around the lunch hour, you can pick up moderately warm pizzas very quickly. Luckily for us, we got to basically just drive straight through. Good work, Taco Bell. Better than most of the franchises. read more

i have gone to this tacobell a couple a times and its always hit or miss, but latley the night crew has been messing up my orders, im sure its the cooks because they put my order on the screen correct and on the receipt and when i get home my food has all the things i asked for off on it, i only ordered 2 things tonight not even a big order for them to be messing up, it was not complicated night crew needs to start checking the orders and making sure its correct. read more

Good quick bite.. People expect to much from fast food.. Staff was friendly place was a bit dirty but looked as if they just had lunch rush. Asked for an extra side of sour cream and they gladly gave it to me free. Will return here again since it's right across from the truck stop. read more

This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have been here a couple times and every single time they mess up the food or make it all sloppy. This time I got a cantina bowl, or should I say a bowl of lettuce. They literally almost put nothing but lettuce there is no rice really to be found and there was 4 pieces of meat. I also got two supreme tacos and they were just regular tacos so I pretty much just paid extra money for no reason.
