Went here on June 28th, around 12:15 AM the location is supposed to be open until 1:00 AM, but the teenagers inside of the Taco Bell decided it would be better to play the "sorry this location is closed" message, and shrug us off through the drive through window and laugh as we drove away. I get it, we came in late but that's ridiculous and I'd never expect a restaurant to be okay with that behavior. read more

It looks like this Taco Bell/ KFC is under new management and they aim to exceed expectations. They insisted on fresh chicken and when it was going to take longer than expected they got us a chocolate cake! I'm excited to see this place keep getting better and better! read more

Drive thru cashier doesn't offer the receipt, chicken tacos were cold with very little chicken & didn't receive my sauces as ordered. They don't offer senior discount as other locations do. read more

Just left the one in Loveland! It would be nice if there were steak on the rattle snake fries! Oh wait ! It looked like chopped up beef but 2-3 pieces & inedible. 22 hours on the road & seriously do you think you would have included utensils for an encharito & snake fries ! Epic failure , 4 items & the only thing you got right was the Mt.Dew. Unfortunately, I can't eat what I ordered NO UTENSILS!!! WTH! I'm just a tad HANGRY!!! The rest of it didn't even look edible. I got a chicken quesadilla and I got home and no chicken.. I called 3 times and no answer.. drove there and I was the biggest inconvenience for them. She put her fingers in the food I brought back so I guess I'm not eating that! I walked in an I was the only customer in the store. Not one employee made an effort to help me. three made eye contact and just walked by. I asked about a breakfast burrito, I was told it was too late. I saw there was an hour left . Does anyone here work or care about anything. The girl who works the night shift is rude. Tonight she had one ear bud in, was eating a McFlurry, and forgot our quesadilla. Had to go back through the line to get it since the dining room was closed. Consistently have to ask for sauce. We have been to lots of Taco Bell's and never have experienced this poor of customer service. read more

The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. Two thumbs up, would highly recommend.

There is clearly no management here because the customer service is lousy. The employees are rude and even tried to take my gift card once since they didn't know how to run it! I made sure they ran it right the second time and it worked. The food has gone down hill over the years. This one also needs to be remolded. Change the management to someone who cares! read more

I cannot believe that there are no reviews of this taco bell......oh yeah, they are listed under KFC, as this is a dual location. Nice kids working there, but the only thing they don't mess up are the pre-made cakes that they sell. We have given this taco bell multiple chances at redemption. They mess the order up 50%, and that's generous. Going inside you'll notice that the dominate demographic is the 60+ crowd. I suppose they can't see well enough to understand not to eat here. I just saw the inside for the first time, it is also the last time. You lost us foxtrail taco bell. read more

This was the worst taco bell that I've been to, and it made me never want to eat Taco Bell again. I went in and I just saw a giant soda spill on the floor and no one was doing anything about it. You could tell it was there for a while too. There were messy tables, straw wrappers and lids all over the drink area and then when you looked to where the kitchen was, all of the food looked so gross and it looked so unsanitary. I was pretty disgusted and our food wasn't even that good. Ugh never going to Taco Bell again.. LANGUAGE ALERT, What I have wrote are the words I heard - No BS, I WILL REPLY BACK IF ANYONE FROM THIS PLACE OR TACO BELL CORPORATE RESPONDS. For all I know the female I talk about below was a manager, I honestly don't know. (Kind of made me mad I couldn't actually post survey on their site. In not going to start over on there survey. Just WILL visit the better location on Lincoln. Can't wait to get back to Texas for Taco Bueno and Taco Casa and Rosa's. Spent forever writing review on their survey, went over 1200 word limit I guess. Tried to narrow down(still took time) and then it said I timed out on survey time. So below is what I was writing on there survey that wouldn't go through. So i am copy and pasting here. FYI - I'm 45 yr old passive male and NOT a picky person, but this was ridiculous - Walked in and ONLY one person was in restaurant eating. Used restroom went to counter to order (no one else in line), had to wait 30-45 sec (doesn't seem long but count out that much time to see how long it actually is), the wait didn't really bother me, what bothered me was some girl or woman (not a lady for sure) was loud and cursing, she said motherfucker and fucker in the same sentence pretty loud. I looked around in kinda shock (you might talk like that on your own time but don't talk like that where customers can see you and hear you at the counter and probably the door to the restaurant). She was complaining about someone, either a employee or another previous customer but don't think that the employee was there she was complaining about if it was a employee. The guy that took my order was nice (teeneager), but I had to kind of mildly argue with him over Happy Hour drink prices. I always say "its happy hour right" just to remind them and he said "I don't think so, we are updating some prices" (now its 4:20 pm and happy hour is till 5 and I pointed to the sign behind him). So even if some changes are happening you still give customers the sale price especially since you still have it on your sign. He did but, seemed to have to punch way to many buttons to get me the $1 drink price. Other than that, I had no issues with kid taking my order. He was nice. While I was sitting there eating (about 20-25 ft from counter and "cussing lady was at least another 10 feet back from counter from there) and I could still here this female (not gonna call her a woman either she acted like a child) talking or complaining loud and another "fucker" comes from her mouth. I finish eating and while I'm leaving I still hear "fucker" 2 more times. That's why I chose to definitely do this survey. I usually don't for Taco Bell (this store is a KFC/Taco Bell). I do surveys for the free food and taco bells isn't about free food, luckily this is considered a KFC. In Texas Taco Bell is last resort with So many better option (Taco Bueno, Taco Casa So I am kind of in Aw about employees here at this location, but that's not all. FYI the female cussing was kind of short if you want to know. NASTY TABLES When filling my drink waiting on food, I count 3 flies and dirty counter space by machines, I write it off on the flies cause they are annoying but stubborn and hard to get rid of sometimes, but as walking to table I pass like 6 small tables looking for place to sit, THEY ARE ALL DIRTY and I count 8 more flies (that 11 without looking for them). There could have been 20 more at the tables further away from me. All the flies were within 6 feet of me other than 3 at drink counter. THERE WAS NO EXCUSE FOR THE TABLES TO BE DIRTY. 3 PEOPLE WERE ORIGINALLY STANDING AROUND IN BACK WHEN I ORIGINALLY GOT THERE. 1st time visiting this location (only did cause fast and close to hospital, but trust me I will go anywhere BUT this location again)!!!! I'm from Texas and visit Loveland every summer for last 5 years. I always go to taco bell up on Eisenhower and 287 closer to downtown, this store is always very clean and nice employees. Your store doesn't even come close to that location. To Manager Betcha didn't expect this review. read more
