We went to the counter and ordered 2 hot coffees. Waited 10 minutes while the cashier stood and looked and did nothing. We went to the counter to ask about the coffee because we had to meet someone. The cashier disappeared in the back. My husband held up the receipt to the manager. Who walked the other way. We ended up leaving without our coffee. If you're the cashier and a customer orders coffee. Go get it!!!! read more

The service was terrible. The workers were so rude to me and my friends. One of my stood up to stretch and one of the workers there said "I don't want y'all fooling around in my store!" He yelled at her and made her cry because she's emotional and well we were eating inside the restaurant the same worker told one of the other workers loud enough so we can hear "they got five minutes or I'm kicking them out", we wasn't even being mean or disrespectful in the store we wasn't even loud plus the store didn't close until another 2 hours! The workers also wasn't doing they're job they were all sitting at the table talking and watching YouTube shorts very loud on they're phones. When we got our food served they kinda tossed the trey at the table and they "forgot" some of our food and drinks! The table and the floor was sticky and had old food left on it. The workers were all terriblely rude when we didn't even do anything to them for them to be rude. The food was also really cold and didn't look all the way done and the soda was flat! read more

Cheap generic Tex-mex, a change from the standard McDonald's up the road. Not all that friendly location. It's fast-food, cannot expect the world. I just wanted a semi-pleasant smile and hello. Is that too much to ask? I guess when I travel from KC to Decatur, IL on US36, I won't be stopping at this location. And for a smaller town, which I LOVE Macon, MO, the staff was....ummm...less they friendly. The box meal was filling...and a good value. read more

I was hospitalized for food poisoning from this Taco Bell. After recovering 2 days later (2 days after the purchase of the food), I immediately called this branch to discuss what had happened, I was directed to their regional office in Columbia. I called the Columbia office 5 times throughout that week, and left multiple voicemails. When I called the Macon branch back to tell them that I couldn't get ahold of anyone and that I had not received any return correspondence, they redirected me to their branch health coordinator (this may not be his official job title), Cameron Dunafon of DVERSE Holdings LLC. For another week I waited for a phone call, eventually having the call the Macon branch back and tell them that I STILL had not been contacted. Cameron said that there had been a death in the family, which is the reason I hadn't been contacted (at this point, it had been over 2 weeks since the hospitalization from food poisoning). After sending all receipts, hospital reports, and details of the incident, he said he would contact the health department. Again, this is over 2 weeks after whatever was contaminated had been consumed. I expressed that I wanted nobody to be faulted, I simply wanted my hospital bill paid for. Cameron/Taco Bell did not agree to this, but told me that I could have "[gift cards to any of their establishments.]" Throughout the incident, I incurred $1059.05 in bills & medications from the food poisoning, this being the cost AFTER both my primary and secondary insurance were billed. Needless to say, I kindly thanked them for the gift card offer, but will never be dining or supporting this or any associated businesses again. read more

Actually disgusting. Like a McDonald's play-place's uglier cousin. I love Taco Bell and I would never touch this place again from orbit if I could help it. Pills in the bathroom, every table was filthy, restaurant was empty (for good reason), all of the drinks were messed up or completely out, and staff was unattentive enough to let me pay for something they didn't have in stock. It was like walking into what a Taco Bell might look like 3 years after corporate forgot they existed. Never again. read more

I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and ordered. They forgot our straws so we went back. Then when we checked the food they got it almost completely wrong. So we went back for a third time. We showed them the food and the receipt and they said they'd fix it. They gave us our food we originally ordered. Or so we thought. My boyfriends meal was still wrong. We just went home. They didn't care and were very rude. We will not be going back again. read more

If I could give this Taco Bell of zero I would do that. I first walked in and wanted to use the ladies room but one stall was closed & marked out of order - the other one was backed up with toilet paper. I went to the counter. They were not busy. I asked the girl to please notify someone that the ladies room needed attention because neither of the toilets were operating. She said okay and she stood there WHILE another gentleman came up to the counter to be waited on. I looked at her and I said "I ask you to tell someone that the bathroom needed attention" and she said "okay" but stood there so I continued to look at her and told her that she needed to do it right now. She didn't like that but there was no point in me waiting till it was time to leave to find out it still hasn't been done. So when I went to leave I went back in there and both bathrooms were opened up again but as soon as I used the restroom the toilet would not flush. I went to wash my hands & the sink would not drain. This place has serious issues going on and I wish now, that I had checked on Yelp before even stopping, because I see that others don't think much more of it than I do. If anyone from Taco Bell is listening, you're fortunate that you haven't lost your business yet and I would get on to it! read more
