If I could leave 0 stars I would I never been to a unstable restaurant when I order ahead from the app arrived to the restaurant 15mins later just to get told to wait on the side as I wait for 30mins and watching others come and go I get told my order was not even started & one of the staff go say "if it's a DoorDash order you will have to wait because we trying to get the people in the drive thru first " after finally getting my food and got home they poorly prepared my food barely putting enough taco meat in the tacos and just pile lettuce on top & to make it worse the cinnamon twist I order had more sugar then twist , that's place just so unprofessional and needs to get shut down IMMEDIATELY!! We were told, upon entering, that they didnt take orders at the register, you had to use the Kiosk. Ok, but why? In the back, it was lively. The people "working" there were really having a good time with each other, while orders were taking 10+ minutes to come out. The food was correct, except the drinks. This is the second time this company has sent out completely the wrong food. I ordered two combos, and nothing came correct I don't know what's wrong with this Taco Bell. I am going to report them to the BBB bureau. Not only did I wait for my order to come really late but again everything was wrong and soggy. Not that I couldn't warm up anything myself they didn't do anything, correct I was supposed to receive a five layer burrito, but instead beef wrapped around two tortillas with nothing on it I had no sauce either nachos did not come with the order at all. This is the second time they messed up my order really bad I will never order from this place again. I don't expect my food to be perfect but this isn't even edible. I want my money back for my order. I also tip the driver in person so I did not tip on the app because it's not the drivers fault. The Gray Hwy Taco bell in Macon is a pit of misery that should simply be shuttered, then raised to the ground. Ordered 2 cravings box's, one with no sour cream, pulled around they but everything into a bag mixed together. Wife asked why aren't they in a box or separate bags, and not sure its our order. Response, well they didn't want to put them in a box, and yeah this is your order. LOL OK!! The bags didn't have the chips and cheese, Wife asked about it and was told they don't come with cheese and chips. Well we order there about once a week or so and they do, wife said she's ordered every time before and got them.... Get this response, they said she was F'ing stupid, lol OKAYYYYYY never go to this place again, always the rudest employees around!!!!!! THIS was the best experience I've had at any fast food restaurant since the pandemic started. A very nice young lady took my order and was very patient with me not understanding her she never got an attitude never did any of the things that I've come to expect from fast food restaurants. Wish I could leave zero stars. Went here had a decent sized order. Had to wait a while, had our order all wrong. Didn't give us some of the food. I went inside to get the stuff they didn't get us and it was a huge problem for them to give me the stuff we were missing. The female cook was yelling at me from the back. This TB is conveniently located within 1/2 mile of the highway. Food was typical of most Taco Bells. I got a Baja Blast, triple layer nachos, and mexican pizza. The pizza had the beans unevenly spread with a large mountainous clump in the center, but I mostly ordered them to quench a craving so it was sufficient. Will probably visit this location again since they were nice and their drive thru was quick. read more

taco bell would be so good if their service didn't suck ass. i got a mobile order and the lady at the window told me to pull up and they would bring me my food and we sat there for thirty fucking minutes and they knew we were there so i walked in and this really nice guy helped me but they literally they had it sitting behind the counter and had none of our drinks so i had to tell the guy what was printed on my ticket on the bag and the sauce wasn't in the bag. they gave me a regular taco instead of a supreme doritos loco taco when it literally had our order on the bag bruh. the nacho fries smelt like stale water and my friends quesadilla was burnt black on both sides. also the girl at the window was fucking rude, why cant people just be polite and ducking smile every once and a while. i work in the food industry and it's not that hard to fake a smile. it'd be nice to have a taco bell that didn't have ass employees. read more

Just had the most insane experience I've ever had at any fast food place ever. The line was long and we waited at least 45 minutes before we made it to the window and wow...that's where the fun really began. My 15yo daughter was driving and after, what we thought, was a pleasant interaction paying for our food, we waited another 20 or so minutes all while the woman working the drive thru glowered at us thru the window. My daughter and I made the comment that we didn't know why she was looking at us like that but just assumed she was just having a bad day. After they finally gave us our food, the woman told my daughter 'don't snatch the card from me again.' We were like 'what?' Snatch the card? What is she talking about? My daughter who did nothing but say thank you after all interactions was thoroughly confused. Of course, the woman closed the window immediately. Yup, I got heated because I wanted her name. Don't talk to my daughter like that after we just waited an hour for this food and you can bet we aren't actually eating this food after her coworkers came out of the kitchen laughing at the interaction. I wanted my money back...instead she called us fat ugly poor white trash bitches (hahaha)..and her coworker told us to 'just go home.' It was absolutely insane for absolutely no reason. I'm still shocked. Needless to say, we did not eat that food, we did not get a refund and we will never go back to this location. Absolutely unbelievable.
