Only to fine they had put sour cream in Nacho Bellgrande and seeing their error scooped it off with everything else except tomatoes it was just chips, tomatoes and the cheese plus the taco had cheese! We stopped by this Taco Bell after seeing that the Skyline and Penn Station were closed. We love Taco Bell too and Cincinnati Taco Bells sell the chilito still which is always a win. When we went through the drive through the staff member let us know they were only taking cash because their system was down. They seemed stressed out, but still were friendly and upbeat. I'm sure they had been dealing with a bunch of disgruntled people who only had cards on them. Luckily we had cash so we placed an order and pulled around, they had our food ready quickly and we shared some friendly small talk before taking our food home to enjoy it. This place has always been great for us. Fast service compared to literally ANY other Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's nice to not have to wait in line 20 minutes behind one other car in the drive thru. Never had an order wrong yet. Staff is always friendly as well. I was excited for this Taco Bell being so close to home. We frequently order the case of tacos. (4 teens here). More than half the tacos have little to no cheese, meat and lettuce. This location is quite literally the WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to- and I never learn my lesson. I have come here probably 5-7 times over the last few months and without fail the have screwed my order up EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. If you ask for chicken- they will give you beef. This location is kind of a joke. Literally. They have hours posted but they may or may not be open during those hours. They will sometimes start to take your order and then say "I'm sorry, actually I'm out of everything." They accept DoorDash orders just to cancel them after the driver gets there to pick it up. I just think if you're going to have posted business hours, be open and ready to serve during those hours. I know everyone is struggling right now, but update your hours if you can't stay open during them. I've been able to actually get food from this location twice and I've tried at least 10 times. We get to the restaurant and the employees were very unprofessional, they were more worried about shutting down and closing at 2 o'clock because of the game then serving people their food.
