Very authentic delicious Mexican food!! They have the best Vegetarian tacos!! Service is little slow though.

We came here on a cold Saturday. The inside is very clean, even though the parking lot still had a lot of snow on the ground. One weird thing that I found very impressive. Their windows are very, very well insulated. We sat right next to one and didn't feel any chill at all. Anyway, feeling particularly hungry today, I ordered a breakfast burrito as well as a bowl of pozole. My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Photos are below. In short, the breakfast burrito is one of the best I've ever had. They didn't just throw everything in a tortilla and call it a day, but put it in such an order that the cheese lined the bottom, with beans, then rice, before centering with chorizo and eggs. The highlight is the pozole. It's made with bone-in pork, and the broth is exceptionally flavorful without being salty. I didn't get to taste the salad but my wife loved it too. We most definitely will be back. read more

The menu is not full of the traditional dishes served at all the mexican restaurants so there are great options. The dishes we have had have been full of flavor and tasty hispanic spices. Salsas are all made in house. Full bar menu as well. Prices are very reasonable. Some nice bistro seating on the patio too. We'll be going back. read more

Tried this newish restaurant last night and it did not disappoint! Jasmine was our server and she was extremely helpful with our order. Can't say enough about how amazing the food was. Food was good, although I would say it was quite pricey for what you get. I also would say the service was lacking. The waitress sat us, came back to take our order, then disappeared to her counter where she sat on her phone until food was ready, brought it out, dropped it off and disappeared again. No refills, left finished plates on table, no check ins to see if we needed anything. She didn't even walk by to grab her to ask for anything. The next time she came was when she brought the check. I've been here for two Wednesdays in a row, and I've noticed a significant change in the food--it's clear that the cook has changed. Two weeks ago, I received the wrong meat, and last week, the tacos were completely tasteless and didn't even have any pineapple. Loved this place! Excellently priced authentic Mexican food. I had chicken enchiladas with the green sauce, spicier than I was expecting but delicious. And I loved the refried black beans. My husband got the birria tacos, which were so savory. The beef was so tender. All in all a great meal and an even better price! Great service as well. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Classic mexico city food!!! I had just come back from Mexico city and found this new resturant, and oh boy is it good! I had the CDMX Torta (sandwhich) and tried all of their salsa's on it. Such amazing food! My mom and I went on a Friday afternoon and it was rather empty, but the staff was very friendly and it was a great atmosphere. I'd easily go back for some actual Mexican. What an awesome find! If you haven't been you have to go. The chips were perfectly crisp and very lightly salted.. The way I like 'em... The salsa was amazing. A bit of a kick but not bad at all... Im not a pozole connoisseur but to me it was very flavorful with lots of meat and way too much for me.. The chicken was nicely charred on the taco and we'll seasoned. Just grabbed some tacos from CDMX during their soft open. Fantastic flavor, great service, and great prices as well. At least for this soft open, the tacos are a $1 each (small tacos so adjust your order accordingly) . I tried the chicken, al pastor, chorizo, and birria. The al pastor was my favorite, but they were all winners in my opinion. The staff was attentive and courteous. I will be back for sure and am interested to see their breakfast menu in the coming weeks. read more

We stopped by on a whim tonight and were excited to hear it was 99 cent taco night (and so is every Wednesday)! The inside was decorated well and cozy - the patio will be nice in warmer weather. We enjoyed several tacos - pollo, asado, chorizo, and pastor. All were really good. They're small but have a lot of filling. We also enjoyed the corn and chips and queso (both hot and fresh). Food came out quickly and hot. We thought everything was really good and will definitely be back. We met and talked to the owner who was extremely friendly and passionate about Mason so I hope others will come out and give this locally-owned place a shot! read more

Food was great. Feels like a crime that this place isn't busier than it is. More traditional food than the other chain/modern taco/mexican restaurants. The torta I ordered was pretty large and feel like it was solid value for the food you get. Definitely coming back. read more

Had heard a lot of good buzz about this place on Chowdown Cincinnati,so we decided to check it out, They have 1 dollar tacos on Wednesday. Yes, they are small, but what do you want for a buck? Wife had 3 tacos and I had 5. That plus a couple drinks made a total bill with tax about $13.50--wow, that's the cheapest we've eaten in months. Parking in the rear is adequate. Do not believe the 5 star reviews. This place isn't going to make it. At the beginning of the meal they brought me a plate of sliced cucumbers and limes with no explanation....very odd. I got four tacos - birria, Asada, chorizo, and el pastor. The meat is very low quality. This is worse than what street vendors sell to drunks at bar closing time. A lot worse. Also the tortillas were stale. I also got the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was very good but the chips were legit very stale. Tried out Taqueria CDMX tonight. Nice little place! Plenty of seating indoor and out. Fresh coats of paint on the fence. Nice staff. Reasonably priced tacos. I tried 5 different meats. All were good, but I preferred the Al Pastor and Asada. They had three sauces that were served with a plate of cucumbers as an appetizer. They all had a pretty good kick. My wife found them too spicy for her. She also had a few tacos and preferred the carnitas. We also split a chicken quesadilla that was served with fries. Nice compliment to the tacos. I took off one star because they did not have fountain sodas. Mexican Coke and a variety of specialty drinks. I had a horchata and it was excellent. Overall a fun experience. read more

Came in on a Monday afternoon. Place was empty was greeted by two friendly faces when we came in for lunch. Told we could seat anywhere we wanted so we did. Ordered drinks the our food and an app queso dip. The waiter came back to tell us they were out of queso dip so I got chips and salsa. The app came and it was okay but nothing special. We all ordered various tacos. When the tacos came they looked good but my tacos came out with dry over cooked meat. My sister said her birria tacos were good. We had ten tacos, chips and salsa came out to $50. Not to bad but I wouldn't come back for it. read more

I loved the vibe in this place. The food was delish! I had a saudero and pastor taco and both were delicious with very authentic Mexican seasoning.
