I've tried the drive through to pick up an online order and they told me they were closed for the night, but still had 4 employees inside!?!? Now I've been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes whined the first car at the menu, on a Saturday night at 6:00 pm. The one time they talked to the car in front of me, they said, "we have a door-dash order". Then silence for 10 minutes. 10 cars now stacked up in the drive-thru. This location was amazing when they first opened. Then my orders from Uber Eats started missing things and the quality went way down. Today I decided not to opt for delivery, and that was a mistake. I reviewed the menu board and order a cheesy gordita crunch meal. They let me know that they no longer offered this meal. I let them know it was still on the menu board, and suggested that they take it down if they are not offering it. The woman told me it was not there. I said I would would be happy to take a picture because I was looking at it. She forgot to turn off her microphone before she mocked me for taking a picture. This is not ok. I ordered 3 chips and cheese and two chicken soft tacos PLAIN. I paid over 13 dollars with no drink. I got two tiny chicken soft tacos with everything on them. The chips and cheese were made with old broken tiny chips and the tiny cheese cups were filled 1/3 with cheese. I also got the opportunity to have a very long wait for food that was prepared incorrectly with old and terrible product. I tried to order outside and she kept repeating "door dash or mobile order only" when I asked when it had changed as I do not frequent Taco Bell. Thus Taco Bell has some of the worst service. One should not have to wait twenty minutes to get their food in the drive through. Then to top it off you will get attitude from the workers half the time. A few times now they have simply been out of the basics of their menu. Recently, I had a horrific encounter there and have left messages for the store manager ans have yet to receive a call from them after calling twice over the past week. My fiancé and I come to this location usually every Sunday for breakfast since it's closer to home, but because of the decline in service and attitudes, we won't be back ever. First we walk in, all the chairs are up, we had to set our own chairs down, we go to pay and the employees were all laughing and ignoring us while they talked, violent and vulgar language mind you, so I finally make a sound loud enough to be noticed, the cashier came over like i rudely interrupted her, she was rude as hell, wouldn't give us our cups, and had an attitude about it when we asked. Then my fiancé had ordered an iced coffee, the woman brought it out hot in a cup, we went back up and said this was supposed to be iced, and in front of us, just dumped the hot coffee into a cup and put ice into it and gave it to me.
