It started out that I was buying lunch for a friend and she wanted a specialty burrito so I added that and a small drink. For me I just wanted a cheese Quesadilla and water. They call my name and all there is is the Quesadilla and my friends drink $8.21. I ask where the rest of the meal was, only be told thats all that came up that we order. So I went back to her meal and than her name was called and they gave her a small drink nothing else. I told them I was charged $8.21 and another $2. Something for another drink. The manager said that cost was for your Quesadilla and a small drink! I gave my meal to my friend and said I'm sorry but they have made it to difficult to get this order right. They're clean. That's all I have positive to say. They only take one order at a time, reset their timer with a dust pan, and you don't know if it's cash only day until you get to order. This is generally an all day, everyday routine. Regardless how many people are in the drive through. 70% of the time your quesadilla will be burnt to the point it's inedible.. if they even give you the quesadilla you order. Day shift (closer to opening) is not as bad, but still a problem. I go here often because it's so close and convenient. Half the time I leave the line and go to the Foothills location, because I get home in the same amount of time and have better quality food. If the regularity of leaving the line is consistent, I would gauge this store is losing at the very least 40% of its potential income. I got my Ole lady amd myself some lunch through the drive throught and when i got home i ate a black bean flatbfead and was disappointed in the smear of beans that didnt even touch half the length of the taco amd they forgot the sour cream based sauce but i understand things happen so i didnt photo document it unfortunately, my girl says her chicken flatbread is all lettuce with 3 tiny chicken scraps, i then proceed to unwrap my beef borrito to literially find a smaller than normal portion of rice and a nickle sized drop of beef, i immediately opened my other beef burrito to find another small portion of rice and a few drops off seasoned beef.
