Worst drive-thru line ever. Was in drive-thru like for about an hour with zero movement.

Probably the worst taco bell ever.. the place is huge and so are the lines for the drive thru .. it legit will take you a good 45 min just to place your order here.. They took fast food to a whole new level , they might as well put slow food I think new management and better and faster employees wit more communication with customers is definitely required .. I could've drove all the way to the other side of town to buy tacos somewhere else and come back and still be in line at the drive thru at this location .. read more

The worst service ever. I am so disappointed that I came to this place regularly and enjoyed it and now I can't anymore. I wanted to prevent the long drive thru line so I made an order for pick up in store, later when I arrived they had told me I had to do the drive thru. What is the point. This is usually my favorite Taco Bell, based on service and consistently, but I am very frustrated with my last experience. I ordered a meal at the Drive thru, over $13.00 worth of various items, I requested lots of Hot and fire sauces and proceeded to the pick up window, I received my order very quickly and was on my way back home. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag and noted there was no sauces. The sauce is my favorite part of the food, no sauce just doesn't work for me, so I called the store and the manager was very polite and basically told me the only thing he could do is give me sauce if I returned to the store. So my option was a 35 minute round trip to get sauce to return home to cold food or just deal with it and eat the food without the sauces, which I did. The more I thought about the more upset I became, I paid my hard earned money only to have the store mess my order up and leave me very unsatisfied. I used their web site and provided feedback to my experience and the site said that they would contact me........3 days went by no contact, so I contacted them again explaining that it is unacceptable to not follow up with my complaint......Nothing no e-mail no call so I contacted them again leaving all the information again, 5 days go by and still no contact. I am more aggravated with their lack of costumer service, their lack of follow up and not caring about their customers, which is acceptable. In todays competitive markets companies need to resolve issues that occur, A simple I'm sorry would have worked. read more

From the moment i ordered and specified no meat no dairy in my burrito the guy taking the order caught an attitude kind of annoyed that i was asking and rushed me along assuring me it was meatless. I ordered a regular bean burrito (they didn't have black bean) and they put beef in it from what I could taste. When i returned it I wasnt rude or anything but the cook got pissed lookin like he was ready to curse me out for saying theres beef? and then he angrily threw my burrito in the garbage as the cashier is telling him to make me a new one? This must be the worst situated fast food line I have ever been in. I was a considerate person and properly made a U-turn in the lot to file in properly, but one car insisted on cutting the line. I was the unlucky bastard who she cut in front. She looks out the window as to say "what else you expect me to do its Miami, being considerate is not our forte. After that debacle, the line moved very very slow, so slow i saw two cars behind me back up and leave the line. Finally, I order two fresco tacos, which is the slightly healthier version of the taco. This Taco Bell/Pizza Hut is on my way home and near Midtown Miami, so I occasionally pick up dinner here. I love the idea of being able to pick up tacos and breadsticks at the same time, but my experience with Taco Bell combos is usually not very good. As noted by Liz T., the lines can be huge, I think mainly because there aren't any Taco Bells nearby or on Miami Beach. Service is subpar and can often be a little rude, but not consistently rude. The food is my main issue with this Taco Bell. Though part of a chain (this is a franchise), the portion sizes here are always smaller than other Taco Bells. I went last night, and my bean burrito was half the normal size and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch was sloppily put together. I almost regretted even going in the first place. read more

Holy moly the line gets long here late at night. And going inside isn't any help either since it's crowded in there too. So many options in Miami and it's Taco Bell that gets the crowd. Go figure. The staff aren't exactly polite or friendly. And you always have to prompt them for sauce packets (and they're stingy about them). The cashier mumbles and the manager in duty is sitting with her kid and 2 family members in the dining area while it took 25 minutes to receive my food . The girl in the line is very dirty and messy with spillage of food on the line and the floor . She leaves the food open and does not wrap on a timely manner. I was wondering why I felt sick after eating Taco Bell two days in a row or more. So I searched the internet with those exact words. What I found out was, there is 1/4 cup bad chemicals and other unneeded colors per pound of ground beef added for flavor and color. Stuff that cause cancer and tumors. Now I know why I can wait at a street truck that makes tacos for the same amount of time and not feel bad everyday if I want, and not feel like my guts are going to fall out. Too bad for Taco Bell because I will never eat there again. Too bad for me too because I did like the convenience for a one day - need something right now - kind of thing. Two years ago I made a pledge to improve my health beginning with my diet. Unfortunately it lead to me avoiding Taco Bell (which is no easy feat). Tonight after a convincing win against the reigning back-to-back champs in hockey I felt I deserved some of the modern marvels Taco Bell provides. This led me to the Taco Bell on Biscayne Blvd in Miami. It was noticeable upon entering that this was unlike any Taco Bell I have been to before, much more modern, sleek, and great interior design. Totally understand why the homeless gentleman asleep in the booth chose there, nicest place on the street to sleep. Can only imagine how nice their bathrooms are as the homeless chap went twice during our time there getting buzzed in by the clerk both times. My girlfriend and I thought our timing was impeccable as there was nobody in line to order, there was a line of 8-10 people waiting for their food. Had I noticed the look of frustration on all their faces when we walked in I may have rethought my visit. My girlfriend and I ordered three individual items and proceeded to wait. Now it has been two years since I have allowed myself to enjoy Taco Bell, time seemed to just stand still....or so I thought. I saw two workers leave and come back just to laugh with their coworkers still at work and leave again. Meanwhile we had been waiting for our food for 15 minutes. A bit confused I had to refer to Google and sure enough Taco Bell still falls under the "fast food" description of dining. Not thinking it possible I got my food and it only took 30 minutes after ordering! Would have thought I ordered a well-done 16oz filet! Maybe there should have been a warning when ordering that ticket times are running behind? Or maybe an announcement while waiting declaring ticket times are taking longer than usual? Heck, if even a single worker could look like they gave a damn about their job I may have understood. But no. After 30 minutes of waiting, never being given a time estimate or there being an ounce of care by any of the workers I thought I couldn't be any more disappointed, then I opened my food. While it tasted ok, it was far from what I remembered and looked forward to so much. Not to mention my burritos were almost completely flat and the amount of meat wouldn't even equal a kids meal at any other fast food establishment. I haven't felt this let down since Lebron went back to Cleveland. It is easy to say it may be several more years until I feel like disappointing myself and decide to go to Taco Bell to do so. read more

Service is HORRIBLE. They are VERY slow and they don't acknowledge the presence of the customers. I was in front of the register for a good 10 minutes for them to tell me after that I need to order somewhere else. All the orders for drive thru were going out very quick. Walked in, then walked right out. I was going to give Taco Bell another chance, but my nightmares came back to life when I saw the counter. About a month ago, I had just finished waiting for my steak Crunchwrap supreme. I was hungry so I ate it off the bat, meaning right when I received it. Two minutes after my first bite, my body went numb and shit started to pour out of my ass. I then lost balance and proceeded to fall on the floor that was now covered in diarrhea. I then threw up and shat myself at the same time while trying to get up. One of the employees called an ambulance after they were done filming me. The only reason I go and wait 45 min for food is because my husband love Taco Bell and it's cheap. But I absolutely hate the place and their rude employees. After remodeling there's been really long lines thru the drive thru and I believe they replaced the old crew which sucks. They need to pick up the speed and cut off wait times. After that the food is always good. read more

Stopped here after work last night just to please my husband. Waited forever and got a bad bad case of food poisoning. Got one hard and one soft beef taco and cheesy potatoes. 3 bites of cheesy potatoes tastes old oil threw it away. Ate half of both tacos. Drank water only. Had cramps all night and been vomiting for the last 5 hours. I'm cold, I have bad cramps and I'm now vomiting bile. oh god... the thought of taco bell churns my stomach. but fyi... this place is also a pizza hut now. but, for some reason the few times i've gone here it's been packed!! the drive-thru and inside. like 25 min wait for fast food on a week night... WTF?! and be prepared they usually don't have any pizza ready. the first time i went it took literally 20 min to go through the line, then had to wait 15 min for them to make my pizza. since then, i've been a little smarter... i walk straight to the counter and ask for them to put one in for me in advance. they sometimes argue, but usually concede. on that note, service is super rude... even for fast food. it's super ghetto inside too. i always laugh, cause there's at least one person who doesn't fit and looks lost, like they just stopped in cause they were passing thu and then they get inside and you can almost read their thoughts, "oh my. where the hell am i? did i make a wrong turn somewhere? oh i hope i locked my car? This is the only Taco Bell in the area and as much as I like Taco Bell and need my Taco fix occasionally I absolutely dread coming here. Their tacos are just about the average quality tacos from any other Taco Bell, nothing special there. Where they fail is that they are extremely slow, it feels like forever and a day to drive through this place. There's a McDonald next door and for every one car this Taco Bell moves, Mickey D moves 6 cars or more. It is just crazy slow.
