Went to the drive-thru. There was a staff member outside before the speaker taking orders. I told him the meal number. He asked how many sauces and my initials for the order. I told him 5 diablo packets and my initials. I pull up to the window. The lady there started handing me a fork and napkins (which I didn't think much of until after the fact) she then pulled it out of my hand and asked me if I was (insert MY initials)... I told her yes and then she proceeded to put the fork and napkins in the bag. Fast forward to me driving away. I check the bag and it was the wrong order. I was too far away to turn back and I didn't mind since the order I had equaled the price I paid anyway. BUT TO EMPHASIZE: the lady asked me for my initials AND gave me the order in confidence... plus, she never give any sauce. Today the food was really oily. My husband's taco was dripping oil. My Mexican pizza had mostly beans and little meat and was oily too. Also they need to put shades on the windows. I asked to have them add pico and beef to a cheesy rollup and we said it (to confirm) three separate times and yet, the dipstick order taker only added beef, no pico. TL;DR - Unbelievably Slow Service - Never Again I am honestly shocked by how poorly this location handles orders. I placed a simple mobile order for two 5-piece chicken nuggets, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, I waited nearly an HOUR inside (granted, the AC felt wonderful). Even after asking about my order at the counter, I was told to wait (this took another 10 minutes). The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and just kept staring at the screen, processing orders in the exact order received, regardless of how long people had been waiting. There was no sense of urgency. It's unacceptable to wait this long for such a basic order, especially when you've already paid through the app. I would have asked for a refund, but I doubt the staff would have been able to help since it was through the app. Bottom line: this Taco Bell cannot handle even moderate customer volume and has no system in place to prioritize orders or resolve issues. Soooooooo, I thought the reason for ordering online was for convenience. DEFINITELY NOT when it comes to Taco Bell. We ordered online on the way there, maybe 10 min out. We choose drive-thru for pick up but when we got there the drive-thru was ridiculous so I decided to go inside to tell them I was there. I waited for an HOUR for my food. I sat inside the restaurant watching the drive-thru clear out, several times!! WTF!??!? I had asked the cashier couple times about my order and all her answer was is that the orders go in as they come in...like huh?!?!?! I have been loving the new Chicken Cantina menu, and always get the Crispy Chicken Cantina tacos. But today, I am very disappointed in the food I received. As you can see, there's barely any chicken in the taco and there's no cheese on the outside of the taco shell either. They also forgot to give me my avocado verde sauce (which I think is so yummy!). I was told that everything was in my order, so when I hear that, I'm thinking I don't need to hold up the line to double check. But I was missing food from my order as well. I usually don't have any complaints. But today, my taco was disappointing and I was annoyed that I paid for food that I never received. Needless to say, I'll be checking my order from now on. I came to Taco Bell today for lunch. I usually either from the app or the kiosk. I had decided to order from the kiosk, but upon me entering, there was a sign stating that the kiosk was down. It was refreshing to order from the person at the register. She was friendly and truly gave service with a smile. I wish I could remember her name. I did not have to wait long for my food. It was warm and you could tell that it was made to order. I really enjoyed my meal. The store was clean, and there was plenty of seating available. I will definitely be back! read more

Today's visit actually wasn't bad, it went well the cashier was really nice. We ordered on the kiosk and it was simple and convenient. Tried the Caliente cantina chicken nacho fries. That wasn't for me, it's not that I didn't like it, it just was a lot and different for me. I rather just have regular nacho fries. It's a bed of fries, chicken, fiesta strips different sauces and cheese. I think I would've enjoyed it better if it was separate from each other lol. But when I got their, the door was locked with a sign that indicated drive thru only due to staffing shortage. Breakfast is served until 11a. My hubby rushed there by 10:45 and got in the drive-thru to order. They told him they were out of eggs and that breakfast is over. A few weeks ago they had my fave item back on the menu - the double decker taco supreme. Ordered our food through their mobile app. Drove over there to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised to see that our food was ready so I took the bag and went home. When I got home, one of the items was missing. I drive back and go in the drive through. The girl taking the order was alright and the girl who gave me the burrito apologized and it seemed genuine. As my daughter is eating her food, she notices that it is missing the potatoes that she ordered and paid for. So, not only do they forget to put items in the bag, they forget to put special add ons in their food. I guess when I go there, I have to check the bag for the correct items but also ask them if they put the add ons in it. I mean, how hard is it to get it right? Let's catch up on some long overdue reviews while we're quarantined shall we. Taco Bell was included in my weekly routine. Sometimes I would come 3 times a week! That's just how much I craved a bean burrito no onions dipped in a side of nacho cheese sauce, mild sauce, and breadsticks. Now, it's super inconvenient to go to Pizza Hut to complete my cravings. I'd say 94% of the time they get my order correct, bean burrito HOLD the onions. Nada no a'ole onions, yuck! However occasionally I'd be surprised when chomping into my burrito and chewing a chunk of mixed beans and onions. What if I was allergic! I never had the courage to call and complain so I'd tediously open my burrito and pick out every single onion..... Total waste of my time during my lunch break. Most of the time my burrito would be wrapped well with nothing oozing out the bottom. I never like to eat indoors, so drive thru is my way too go. But when the line wraps around and blocks others, I'll walk in and order.. Cashiers are usually friendly or meh, but nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work, essential workers! Parking spaces were full so slipped into the drive through line. Decided to live it up and instead of a fiesta salad chose a Number 6 combo: 2 chicken chalupas, 1 beef taco and a drink. The voice over the ordering speaker was so pleasant sounding. When I got to the window I was cheerily greeted so I asked the woman if she took my order. She pointed to the younger lady to the right and back of her. I said she had a sweet voice so she repeats it to the order taker who smiled. The first woman says to me, I have a sweet voice too. This Taco Bell sucks. Everything is so overpriced, skimpy and usually made wrong. Taco Bell items in Hawaii are nearly double in price compared to California. I remember the burrito Supreme used to be huge, nearly as big as my forearm, and stuffed full. Now it's about 1/3 it's size and more than double the price. The $5 box deals on the mainland are nearly $10 here. We got this tiny $8.59 Kahlua pork nachos bell grande that was only about 12-15 chips, about 2 tablespoons of pork, barely any cheese or sour creme and no refried beans. And lots of parking right in front, well if you cross the street... there's a bathroom inside and lots of seating. I believe they're open pretty late too for those late night snack attacks. The staff is, meh. Ok well just a couple of the employees are kinda "durr" but besides that, I still get my foods (had a couple of awkward visits) lol. I just like the fact that most items are like finger foods or hand held types, and very affordable. They also have sweets, and cool seasonal slushies. If anyone knows me, you'll know I always want to love Mexican food but I never do. Something about flour/corn tortilla, with corn, plus rice, and beans, and cheese just makes you wanna explode. Some of the workers need to be trained better on customer service. Once I tried to order some Nacho fries & they were out.. He let me know they were out but was very robotic. I laughed and he just stared at me with a blank expression & no mask lol super awkward. I've been there more than once & it's the same worker.. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt since they're young & learning. But they forgot my sauce & got my order wrong more than once. I haven't been to this location in at least 6 months, but I was in a hurry and couldn't drive that extra 10 min to another location. First of all having some kid stand outside at 9PM at night with a laminated menu that doesn't have all items on the menu and dim lighting is a bad idea not only for the customers who dont regularly visit Taco Bell but the safety of your workers. Unless they are going from vehicle to vehicle when there is a line it is not faster nor smart to show someone a menu with out all the items.. spend that dollar and print an updated one that was the people who dont know exactly what they want to order as Rylan so rudely explained can see what you actually have.
