No longer the place to go for cheap & acceptable Mexican food. I just ordered the chicken quesadilla combo (almost $12!), and the quesadilla was terrible due to the dry & tough little chicken cubes they put in it. It tastes like the chicken is reconstituted chicken jerky and they didn't soak it in hot water long enough before serving (yuck). And for months now their namesake tacos have had soggy and/or broken shells -- Don't forget to drain the taco meat, folks! There isn't much to expect from a TacoBell but usually the quality is alright, though the price is definitely not worth it. Today I ordered 3 Crunchy Taco Supremes for about $10. It was $3 a taco as compared to the non-supreme which would be $2. The difference between the two is that there would be sour cream and tomatoes in the supreme. However, not only was there less meat than the width of my pinky, there was not even a spoonful of sour cream or tomatoes. If anything, at least the service didn't take too long. I guess there's a reason the parking lot and store were empty. read more

My 10 year old nephew asked him for the bathroom code second time because he mis heard him the first time and this cashier goes: "c'mon dude, seriously?". Then my wife ordered food with him and he added bunch of different items out of nowhere that we never asked him to order and when she pointed out, his exact response TO MY WIFE was: "you've got to be kidding me". This might be the worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. The taco shells were stale, the [new] tostada had 11 strands of cheese (yes so little that I could count them) and the cheesy gordita crunch had neither cheese nor crunch. The only part of the order that was not messed up was the diet Pepsi. I frequent Taco Bell's quite often and acknowledge that there are good ones and bad ones, but this particular location set an impressive low water mark. This is a pretty standard Taco Bell. They have everything in stock, and the restaurant was kept clean. The food was prepared to my liking. However, they do not keep any supplies out front. You have to ask for napkins, utensils, sauce packets, etc. Kind of felt like they were being cheap about it.
