They are exactly what you think of when you think "taco truck", and they also have a small tent with benches if you want to sit down and enjoy. There are sauces in a fridge by the truck. The green sauce has a good jalapeño flavor, and the red sauce is SPICY. Dip a finger in before you go too crazy with it. Highly recommend Bomb Taco as a place to grab a quick bite.
