The worst McDonalds that I have ever eaten at PERIOD! The slowest service and the worst quality food hands down. I preordered my food with the phone app and they parked me for almost 10 minutes saying that they were "waiting on the fries" only to receive way under cooked ones. Placed our order at the drive up. Went to pay for it and the girl got our order wrong and also tried to charge us $10 more that the original price we saw. We discussed it with her and couldn't make her understand that we didn't order the burger that she told us we had ordered. Got mad and canceled our order. I don't eat at the Micky D. I haven't been in ta one of these gyp joints in years but today I did. I shoulda ate over in WA where I was but I was in a hurry and as I passed thru Milton there was the faded yellow paint, so's I sez what the hell, a Big Mac to get me down the road to decent food. I orders up a Big Mac and fries. I remember what a Big Mac is .. rather what it was, but like da ol' grey mare it ain't what it used to be. The Big Mac use ta be their signature burger, thick hamburger patties, pickles, special sauce, special bun, you know the drill. Eight bucks later I opens da sack. Inside I expects a sandwich but oh no, a hockey puck sized thing. They'd call dis a "slider" in the gin joint. But a slider has hamburger in it and yas would prolly eat it. Dis' mess is mostly shredded lettuce with two of the thinnest looking pieces of hamburger I have EVER seen in me whole life and that's no lie. They had to be the same thickness of a dollah bill. How anyone could press hamburger that thin defies imagination. (I did see a steam roller down da block tho.) The fake cheese slice wouldn't even melt on dem anorexic patties. I had a dog once that would only eat a burger from Mickey D if it didn't have any of their cheese on it. Guess he was right all along. I ate em' cause I was starv'in and tossed the rest. I figures the French fries oughta be ok at least. Nah .. half done barely warm and tasted like cardboard. I decorated a garbage pail wit em'. Here's da deal. I'm a dumbass for spending a dime here let alone eight bucks. Highway robbery. The Johnson brothers must have a piece of this joint, robbery is their business ain't it? This place is a complete dump! The previous review must have been an owner or employee because there is nothing nice about this McDonald's! Filthy inside. Manager does nothing about the kids loitering in and outside of it. Makes going there uncomfortable. I figured I'd give this place another shot, but once again you disappointed me. Why even have the lobby open if your employees are just going to stand around and stare when someone walks in? Nobody offered to take my order (except an employee who just showed up who heard me yell to my friend who was driving my trailer that nobody would take my order) so, I left empty handed with 3 upset children, and a new resentment towards this McDonald's. If I could give zero stars I would. The workers at this McDonald's are the most lazy and incompetent people to ever work in the service industry. In 4 different orders in a row they could not get one order correct. They half ass throw your food and drinks together. Fill drinks to 3/4 or less full. And they charge for every single sauce and demand exact change at the last window. Good luck to you all you don't deserve $15/hr. read more

We have gone plenty of times to McDonald's, but there's always certain times that we go and we get exceptional service through the drive-thru by your shift manager Elizabeth. She always makes sure our order is fully complete along with any sauces. If they take longer than usual she will add on a apple pie and is just so sweet ! read more

So I went for breakfast at this McDonald's, I ordered two meals two orange juices which by the way taste watered down and they forgot my two hash browns. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The first time I went they forgot to put the patty in a burger, and I thought, eh, mistakes happen. The second time the buns were stale. Came here multiple times trying to get shakes and the machines are down an hour before they close but now they close at 11 instead of midnight and it isn't posted anywhere and they still have a prerecording on the order machine going past 11 we have had multiple orders wrong and have never complained or expected a refund this business is ran horribly and the owners have some work to do I would not recommend this McDonald's read more

While driving thru Milton Freewater yesterday, we stopped at this fast food business to use restroom, and purchase a drink. While I was washing my hands, a McD's worker in uniform exited the stall next to me, and as she did, she looked at me, and without a thought walked out of the bathroom without washing her hands. Now, working in fast food before, hygiene is a must for any business. Should I say germs, hepatitis, or should I say just plain disgusting and lack of business training, and work ethics? I've contacted the coorporation to voice my concerns, but seriously, having been inside this establishment before, management is doubtful anything would change. McDonalds anywhere has lost my business if this is how their McD university is run. read more
