Why am I here and how did I get here? This is not my automobile this is not my beautiful wife. Once in a lifetime. There are tacos flowing underground, In the city I like to be aware windows rolled up doors locked down. Drive through is open at night for everyone's safety. I've had way better service at the Brown Deer store the new bell. This is an example of an old bell usually busy drive through and I'm sure I mentioned Leo Getz, (Joe Pesci) from Lethal Weapon 2. Some poor slug is standing in line waiting to get served while drive through usually is slammed. Came here after work because I was so hungry I genuinely thought I might pass out. Drive-thru wasn't open, so I went inside the building. All I had with me was a $10 bill. The kiosk said that cash payments could be accepted at the counter, so I placed my order. Turns out, they require exact change, but they don't have any signage whatsoever that makes this clear. The cashier acted like I was the dumb one for trying to pay for a $5.40 order with a $10 bill. He was surprised and visibly annoyed that I didn't have exact change, as if having to pay with exact change is totally normal and obvious and something I should have somehow magically known. Again, there were no signs posted about this. Walked out of there with no food, and angry about the waste of time to boot. read more

Why can't you give zero stars!? This is the worst Taco Bell. I did a mobile order and was asked to come in. After waiting for someone for five minutes she came up and said she had my order... in glad their computer system works... she then went to the back and paced back and forth for a while doing stuff, texting and everything important. I guess once she was done she decided to start my order, which took about 7 minutes to make. While she was bagging my food she pulled out her phone and texted, put her phone back in her pocket then finished wrapping my order without changing gloves - Extra radiated tacos!!! When she gave me my order it was missing an item. Not to mention all along one of the three employees took a break while the other drive thru order taker just stood there: I was the only person to place an order the entire 15 minutes it took to make an order for two. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in America in my opinion. I have lived in the east coast, the west and now the midwest and I can assure you that I can confidently say I have yet to experience an establishment like this. I walked in reasonably dressed ready to order, and noticed that my hands needed a wash no big deal, walked to the restroom and it was locked. I saw a staff member and requested the keys to the restroom, she looked at me and said "You need to buy something before we let you in the restroom" Another team member chimed in "Go to Walgreens the bathroom is broke" Magically the bathroom keys were provided once I ordered my food. The bathroom was not "broke" it was perfectly functional. Unprofessional and rude 0/10 eat somewhere else. read more

The staff here were very dismissive in their approach to helping this older gentleman ordering from the kiosk. He told the employees that he doesn't have a card and they completely ignored him and went about they way sluggishly making subpar food. Very shameful! read more

My 2 friends and I went to the Taco Bell website last night to order some food for pickup (we ordered online because my friend wanted a cravings box that is only sold online). The website told us our orders had been received & we went to go pick them up. We went to the Taco Bell that we placed the order for, and drove up to the the drive thru (as directed by the website). After waiting about 5 minutes it was our turn to pull up to the speaker. The Drive Thru employee greeted us saying "please pull forward we don't have anyone to make the food", we told her we had sent in orders for pick up & she responded saying she didn't receive any orders for pickup and we would have to cancel our orders on Doordash. We told her we didn't order our food on Doordash, we ordered it directly from Taco Bell's website. She asked what our names were and said they weren't on her screen so she couldn't help us. She said we'd have to talk to Doordash about getting our money back & we reminded her that we didn't order through Doordash. She said to hold on a minute. We waited about 3 minutes & she/no one said anything. I asked if we could pull forward to the window and she said "yes please". We pulled forward and saw the customers that were 2 cars ahead of us receive and order of drinks, then the customers 1 car ahead of us received a large food bag. We pulled up to the window next. The same employee from the speaker asked what we were there for and we told her we were here to pick up an online order. She told us she didn't have our names on the screen so there was nothing she could do. We showed her our order confirmation for this location and she said there was nothing she could do because she didn't have anyone to make the food. We told her we saw someone just ahead of us get food and she said they received the food because she received their order/name and so she had to make the food for them. She said she didn't have our name on her screen so she couldn't do it. We asked to speak to the manager & she said she was the manager. She then told us to leave and closed the window on us & started swearing at the customers pulling up to the speaker saying they don't have any "D**n food" so to pull forward. We then went to a different Taco Bell location and they served us no problem. read more

The worst service I've ever experienced the staff is completely incompetent and very rude and disrespectful for literally no reason. And they close before the the set time for the store on multiple occasions. Don't see how this store makes any money. Owners need to seriously find better management. read more

just recently went through the drive-through. They totally messed up my order. When I asked could they just make me another order, they told me I had to go around through the drive-through again. Customer service completely went out the door because there was no one behind me and no reason to ask me to go all the way back around through the drive-through again. The only reason you would have to go back around would be because of the incompetency of the people that work there. It is sad that this restaurant does not teach their employees how to give good customer service but instead teaches them that being disrespectful to the customer is ok. read more

Terrible Customer Service , Lady At Drive Thru Acted Like She Didn't Wanna Take My Order .

We have visited this Taco Bell numerous times, sometimes as carry out and often eat-in. We like their value boxes priced at $5! There you may get a burrito, or quesadilla, a doritos taco and a regular taco as well as your drink. A good bargain! The service has been generally good but we usually go before the lunch crowd. The employees are generally very polite. I love their nacho fries! Worth visiting if you are in the mood for Mexican. read more

Ran into Taco Bell to pick up a quick lunch for the three of us. Ordered five Beef Chalupa Supremes. Got home, shells must have been from yesterday as they were stale. Out of the five beef we ordered we got three beef and two chicken. How hard is it to make 5 beef in a row. Still say those chicken were from yesterday and nasty to boot. Never again. I just checked and not one Taco Bell has a favorable grade. No wonder when the employees can't get the orders right. read more

I have been to this location 3 times and each time it's taken forever to get the food. I've seen people walk out and cars laying on their horns. Ownership needs to either get more involved or seek outside help. Average wait the three times I've gone has been 45 minutes. They give away a lot of free crunchy tacos but I don't think that will keep a loyal customer. read more

I waited over 10 minutes to receive my order, closer to 15 minutes sitting in the drive-through lane. No apologies were given, no greeting. I noticed there were no nachos. The employee took my bag back, checked it, gave it back with nachos in it. I had to wait while she grabbed cheese. I had to remind her I had two sodas. She gave me one. I had to remind her a second time I had two sodas. I waited while she grabbed the other. So, by this time, at least another 5 minutes had passed. I got home, completely wrong order, except for the nachoes and soda that I reminded the employee about. When I called the establishment, no one answered, no voice mail. This is the worst experience I've had at Taco Bell. I definitely won't be returning to this location. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to a more reliable location. read more
