visited this Taco Bell on the evening of November 8th to pick up an order, and the experience was disappointing. The employee working the front counter seemed uninterested in helping customers and was openly making negative comments about people who were waiting for their food. I could clearly hear her talking about customers after they walked away, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It's frustrating to see this kind of behavior in a place where people simply expect decent service. I hope management addresses this and improves the customer experience. read more

I don't even want to give this location ONE STAR!!! Where do I begin!!!? I'm gonna tell the ENTIRE STORY AND CALL CORPORATE. My son wanted to stop on our way home from a relatives. This location was on the way and our favorite location is past our house. I'd been to this location only once before and vowed never to return but it was after 2:30am and I wasn't driving past my house. When we pulled up to the screen AI recommended nacho fries (which we ordered), and attempted to take our order before giving us a live person. We ordered 2 $7 boxes. We asked for beef chalupa supremes instead of the chicken and for the taco upgrade to Doritos locos supremes for $1.80 extra, I asked did they have the nacho fries on the order from the AI and was told the grease was draining! When we got to the window the guy making food AND bagging it said they did not substitute in the boxes. LIES because we get the same thing down the street at the other location. The total was $19.05. When we got home there was no Doritos locos tacos just regular crunchy. I looked in the bag to look at my receipt to make sure I wasn't tripping, I know I paid the up charge. No receipt in the bag, but I paid with ApplePay so at least I'd have the total so the manager could produce my receipt. It was late and they closed so I called the next afternoon and spoke with the manager. She told me she could not reproduce the receipt from the day before. We had a trash experience yet again. The only thing good was the chips and nacho cheese, the chalupa bread was hard and there was hardly any beef in them, more lettuce than anything else. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food shops yet I wasn't satisfied with today's service. I had one fiesta veggie burrito and two spicy potato soft tacos ! Rice in the fiesta burrito was the hardest ever I got from Taco Bell and it was super crunchy, which shouldn't be that way! If that's too hard then they should moisturize with water or make new ones! For spicy potato soft taco, it was the coldest and skinniest tacos ever! Flavor was fine but it was cold although I ate it within 5 mins of receiving them! Taco Bell is known to be giving generous amount but it was disappointing amount! They should definitely improve those things! Lastly, I saw young workers (high school or college), one of them was wearing their jeans so low and the under wear was visible and he was pulling up his pants sometimes and making tacos right away... very bad hygiene! Taco Bell should instruct those young workers in right way, like not wearing loose pants during the work hours etc. I'm not sure whether I wanna come back here but big improvement is definitely expected! read more

Place is a classic. service is fast and food is warm. This place has soft and warm beans instead of the dried up ones that other Taco Bell places which is important for us vegetarian. Bathroom is not clean though so you might get more germs trying to wash your hands here than just using the hand sanitizer. read more

Poor customer service. There was no toilet paper in the restroom and I asked for it. There was also no soap. The manager had an attitude replacing it as if i was asking her to clean the restroom. When I asked about the soap, she said the dispenser was broken. I asked how do people wash their hands? She told me I had to dismantle the soap dispenser and physically touch/squeeze the bottom. This was disgusting and I sure a health violation. I asked for a cup of water but the manager and other workers ignored me until I practically was screaming. All you ask for is that the food be consistent and not get you sick. The staff is helpful and courteous, the type of experience you get at a chic-fil-a. Ordered the Mexican pizza combo and they tell they're out of large cups so they have to give us a small or medium cup (but charge us the same). Okay fine, whatever. Quality of this location has DRASTICALLY gone down over the year. Today I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal with no tomatoes. When I started eating the Crunchwrap it felt too soft and cold and when I checked inside all it had was lettuce and sour cream, NO BEEF. Called the restaurant and they said I could go back so they can make me a new one but I don't have the time to be driving back and forth just because they don't quality check their food before giving it to the customer to make sure everything is right. Every time we go to this location at night (pass 10pm) they always claim their system is down or their system is slow. So we said that we will wait and they said it would take 25 minutes. So we said we will wait and I'm guessing they didn't expect us to say that because the cashier on the speaker said to "just pull forward and wait at the parking lot". Like? Are y'all going to come outside and take our order there or? So what I get from them saying that is that they don't want to work past a certain time so they just say their system is down. If that's the case they should change their store hours. The worker sounded rude by the way and also sounded fed up... so either they change the hours or they need to get workers that actually want to work. Totally do not recommend this location. A manager told me few days ago that they open at ten when I asked about opening because they seem to have different schedules. She was a very nice lady. I arrived today at 10:01AM at Drive Thru. By 10:09AM a lady says something. Apparently, this is my second time being told, "We are not open now." Last time someone said they open at 11. So I asked her when are you opening because your manager had said you are open at 10 everyday because I asked since you have different schedules told.
