I want to add this review to highlight the benefits of ordering ahead. It was already a late dinner for my family and everyone was a bit hungry. I ordered ahead on the app and am so grateful! When I arrived at Taco Bell to pickup, the drive thru had a line of cars at least 8 deep. Hardly anyone was inside. Rather than picking up my order via the drive thru, I walked inside and oh what a sight to see! My order was ready and just sitting in the casing for order pickups. Taco Bell is the best when visiting after a night out! This establishment was open late and the drive through was very efficient. We had no issues with our order and we were all very happy campers. I was sad for some time when the chicken chipotle griller was removed from the menu. However, I found something on the menu that night that was very similar! If you're looking for an item on the menu to fill the void of the chicken chipotle griller, definitely order the shredded chicken quesadilla melt located on the value menu. Is the food amazing quality? Absolutely not, but you get what you pay for. I recommend getting one of the Power Bowls. They give you a lot of food for very little money. This morning we were going to make it, hopped in the car and drove to the taco bell in Ramsey. To our surprise it was 10:30am but still closed!! They opened at 11 so I guess no breakfast. Determined to get taco bell today we rushed to Montvale but it was already 11:10. We went in anyway to ask if they were still serving breakfast but they had already cleaned up for lunch. We refer to this location as "the good taco Bell" and before moving to the area actually used to drive 15 minutes to order here. Workers are nice and orders are almost always correct. This was a good place to stop for Taco Bell since I'm from New York but live only 2 minutes from Montvale and go to New Jersey to get cheaper gas than New York right across the street from Taco Bell. So I went to this Taco Bell and I didn't have to wait long in the drive-thru but I ordered food that needed a fork and they didn't put forks in my bag. Although there were no cars ahead of me, it took them too long when I pulled up to the window to get my food together. I also went inside to get the fork they didn't give me and they just had spoons, knives and forks randomly mixed together instead of keeping each utensil separate. I give this 3 stars cause I at least enjoyed my food but forgetting to put utensils in the bag of food where someone is eating something that needs a utensil, waiting too long at the window and having to go inside to get a fork that was in a disorganized, random mess was inconvenient. read more

Went here last week on sunday morning for breakfast and no one else was there but they somehow managed to screw up the order! They forgot an extra waffle taco and only after driving home 15 mins later did I realize that I got screwed over. I guess you can say it was a blessing in disguise since the waffle was tiny like 3 inches long and dry & salty.
