Always been a bigger fan of Moe's than Chipotle for 3 reasons: 1) Moe's does not put cilantro in anything but the salsa when chipotle has it in a lot of ingredients 2) I could bathe in Moe's Queso 3) Chipotle has a secret menu when Moe's just puts it on the menu. I tried this place for lunch on Saturday. Jeff K's review is right on the money. One of the things I like is that you have many choices, and control, over what goes on your tacos, nachos, quesadilla etc. The nachos were the best part. They use a pre-melted white queso-like cheese which they ladle onto the chips. They also add some shredded cheddar if you so desire. We had steak, olives, pinto beans, jalapenos, fresh cilantro and pico de gallo on ours. I had pork tacos with black beans. This has nothing to do with this location but the idea of the fish taco- super super super dry. Be forewarned that I've experienced rather bad service at this particular Moe's but I revisited it recently for lunch and it was fine. This Moe's is in a strip mall at the corner of MacArthur Blvd and Ridge Road. Google Maps usually places this address somewhere down Ridge Road, which is a bit off. Food is quick-serve tex mex with free tortilla chips on most entrees. The self-serve salsa bar has selections ranging from mild to a bit spicy, although the spiciest selection is not that hot. Also, since this is Moe's, all their entrees have funny names like Homewrecker and Joey Bag of Donuts. You'll have to read the menu to figure out what is what. read more

Placed an order earlier in the week for a catered event this Cinco de Mayo. Unable to deliver bc of the busy holiday, I agreed to pick up from store. My co-worker and I arrived today for the promised time and it wasn't even in their system! So we had to wait a 1/2 hr while they made it. It's one thing if I placed it online, and there was some kind of website glitch, which seemed to be an issue today, but I spoke to an actual person who confirmed our order. I didn't feel so bad though when another guy shows up looking for his large catered event, which was even paid online, and they didn't have record of that order either! Terrible service...the first person making the food also had to put on toppings, scoop chips and had so much to do she took forever to get our order. She left multiple times during my ordering moment. The line was out the door not because there were so many people but because it was taking wayyyyy too long. The second woman didn't speak English very well so she didn't understand what to put on a fish taco and answered "salsa is over there" when I asked what they normally put on a taco.
