When you go to Taco Bell, you're fully aware that you're not about to have a fine-dining experience. The food is as good/bad as any other Taco Bell, and I find their service to be efficient and friendly. The store is always clean inside, but there have been times that the area with the sauces, straws, etc. isn't well stocked. I would also suggest going inside to place your order, as it always tends to go faster that way. As fast food goes, Taco Bell is pretty good, and I think they do a good job at this location! read more

This Taco Bell is maybe the worst run fast food restaurant in the history of mankind. Tried to go through Drive Thru tonight for the first time in a long time and they tell us there is a 30 minute wait for anything with steak, chicken and beef. How unprepared can you be? Yes I realize it's a Taco Bell. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars. Its got breakfast and it's open late and when you're really drunk you can get your Uber driver to take you through the drive through with minimal judgment (at least on the part ot the TB staff, the Uber guy can keep his condescending looks to himself "you don't know where I been Lou!!"). Keeping in mind that the bar I have for a taco bell is somewhere above "I hope it's not frozen dogfood". This place is great!! read more

A much better than average fast food joint. The people are friendly and the food came out faster than our order. We come here often so this isn't an anomaly. Off all the fast food places in Mt. Pleasant only Chic Fil A is usually better. 2/3/17 Update Still doing better than others. For the most part the people are friendly and the food is good as well as inexpensive. I'm giving a star bc guy at the window was nice. We don't eat Taco Bell or fast food at all very often but we were coming from TN to stay at our vacation home in Mt. Pleasant for a week. Most restaurants in the area were closing soon so we chose Taco Bell since they were open for a couple hours longer than we would be ordering (we try to be courteous). I'm crying at my Crunchwrap supreme. My husband tried it and agreed that yes, it was just a tortilla with tomatoes and lettuce. Not even very much. I showed him the photo on the menu and he gasped! His beef burrito looked good. It had beef in it unlike my choice. We also wanted nachos to share but decided the Bell Grande order was way too much food so we just ordered chips and cheese. Didn't even get the chips. Not in the bag. Taco Bell has always held a special place in my heart. Back when I needed some cheap and quick food it was great! Now...not so much. Very disappointed...yes I know you're thinking "but it's Taco Bell, what did you expect?" And I get it but this was sooooo underwhelming Im shook. $8.50 for that order. San Miguel's has a sampler for $2 more with wayyyyy more food and much better quality. Do that instead. read more

OMG Drive through is soooo slow! This is ridiculous and taking way to long. Been sitting here for what feels like 5 mins already before they took my order after I pulled up to the speaker and since then its been at least another 5 mins and I have 2 cars in front of me. There is no way out of this drive through and we are all trapped like mice in a one way maze! Won't be stopping at this location again. Hope the food is ready by the time we get to the window. Last time for us at this Taco Bell. Went inside to order and they said we had to wait because a big order just came through the drive through. . Last time we came they didn't get the order correct. The time before that the wait was 20 minutes because they were short staffed. It's always something at this place! And it looked dirty inside anyway. read more

Lol evidently the sauces packets must be deducted from the employees paychecks. I went through the drive through and when I got to the window she asked did I want sauce. I said "a lot of fire please". She put a few packets on the counter and walked away, another employee who heard me came and asked if that was enough sauce. I laughed and said "could I have a few more". She added them to the little pile, then the previous woman came back to hand me my food and threw half the pile back into the metal container before putting the sauce in my bag and handing it to me. Taco Bell's not that serious sis, I went in and got as many packs as I wanted from the lobby lol read more

Arrived at Taco Bell ready for a feast of tacos. According to the website, Taco Bell closes at 2am. Went to place my order at the drive through at 1:45am and received a message that Taco Bell is closed. Proceeded to have to sit in line waiting for everyone in front of me to get their tacos. Have been sitting here for 10 minutes. Having left my house specifically to purchase tacos, you can imagine that I'm quite upset. read more

The customer service in this place is the worst of any restaurant, fast food or normal. Our hash browns were barely cooked and our orders were wrong as well as a staff member all but yelling at us because of her own miswording. She told us if we didn't have cash we couldn't pay and then got mad when we questioned why we couldn't use the card readers on the ordering computers due to the fact that she was meaning to say we could only pay with card. Nacho Fries! NACHO place to eat. We hit the drive thru up at 10:30pm hoping for relief from the hunger pains in our bellies after a long trip down from Myrtle Beach. Greeted by a hateful sounding woman on the intercom with, "Hold on, I'll be with you in a min." We finally ordered, and got the the window. The Mountain Dew was out so I returned it and asked for a Pepsi which the employee grudgingly gave me with the lid half off and continued my adventure. One would think that your "new" featured product (Nacho Fries) would be the one item you would ensure was correct, nope not here. Pretty sure my fries were either refrigerated before serving or perhaps cooked hours ago, the latter probably being the case as they were about as firm as a California judge on a illegal immigrant who committed murder. So now I get my hard taco out, they did manage not to put any lettuce on it which I requested, but they took the meaning of HARD shell to new heights with this one. I'm pretty sure it could've actually supported my weight if I stood on it! So Taco Bell, thank you for reminding me again exactly why is rather trust a gas station burrito with "special boom boom" sauce as opposed to giving you a penny of my money! read more

Today my wife ordered two steak crunch wraps and upon arriving home we discovered a a pile of mushy vegetables in the wraps and no meat at all. I took the 10 mile drive back there to report this food disaster and the female manager went and spoke to the employee and was hoping that the situation was being fixed but overheard a conversation between the manager and the cashier that the employee did not know how to prepare the items but gave them to my wife anyway. So a few minutes past and a bag was handed to me with a weak apology. My mistake though that I didn't check the order before I left because ,you guessed it ,I found the same mess and it appeared they handed me the same fouled up order! I will never return to that place ever again!! Everyone there needs to be fired or retrained period. read more

Food is typical Taco Bell but the service is horrible. At 9:30 at night I shouldn't have to wait 3-4 minutes on someone to ask for my order in the drive thru, and that's after I waited at least 5 minutes in line with one car in front of me. Then wait another 5 minutes at the window for my food while the employees talk about the customer in front of me in the drive thru line. Ridiculous! read more

Taco bell is supposed to be a great place for good, quick food. My average wait when at this location is at least 10 minutes, often 15+. To make it worse, the order often has mistakes. Usually this location has been known for being slow and very inattentive. My last three visits have not been that case. I was through the drive through quicker than any chick fil a and the girl at the window was very kind. Food was fresh and hot. Soda was perfectly carbonated. Great place for lunch. read more
