Placed an order about 3 weeks ago, called after 1 hour as I received a notification that the meal had been delivered although it had not. I was told that the meal was sitting on the counter and had been missed. They offered that I could come pick it up or wait another hour for the next delivery person to come in to deliver it. I kindly asked them to cancel the order and to please refund. Here we are 3 weeks later and not only have I been extremely patient, I've also given them ample opportunity to fix this. Still no refund and only pitiful attempts at apologies after contacting them yet again. There's good reason for their current 3.5 rating. Shitty service and shit job at making food. I had a bread and lettuce sandwich. Asked for more tuna since there looks to be hardly any on it and they said "well it has one scoop which is what comes with the sandwich, so we will add more lettuce." Paid $8 for bread and lettuce haha While we were there, all the customers that came in for pick up orders had to still wait on their order assuming they sent their pick up orders in advanced. If you're a fan of the Italian Style Sub- this is a great spot. Although I usually hit up Jersey Mike's for an Italian- I discovered that I actually liked this one better! The bread was outstanding, spicy peppers were fantastic, plentiful meats and cheese, and I liked how they pulled out some of the inside bread. I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or her friend on the other line. This was extremely rude and unprofessional but I wouldn't be here if the order was correct. I started eating Jimmy John's back in college when I lived in Champaign IL. Cheap, handy, and really really fast delivery! So I was happy to see them arrive in the Charleston area a while back. Since they don't offer their sub club stamp program anymore, only have provolone, (I like cheddar or american on a sub), and don't offer a half and half type lunch deal, I still give them three stars based soled on the fresh bread and speedy service. The bread is delicious and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my sandwich. So I keep going back, and try not to think about my hiccups I have with the place. read more

I enjoy the sandwiches at JJ's. They aren't top notch, but close. You can't beat the speed of the line though. Once you pay, you have nom nom in no more than a minute, two would be tops. I do enjoy the peppers they have there. Favorite sandwich is the Turkey Tom. read more
