Taco Bell franchise located in the smaller city of Mount Washington Kentucky located at the major intersection of the city most of highway 44. I've stopped at this location before whole visiting friends and working in the mount Washington area. Usually around lunch time. They always seem to have a decent line that they work at a hit and miss pace. But fast food really isn't Taco Bell forte so no major complaints. Service here is usually mildly polite and they do a solid job on order accuracy. For whatever reason this location skimps on cheese. My go to meals at Taco Bell are either the chicken quesadilla, soft taco or Mexican pizza. And all three I've had here has been almost absent of cheese and sauce heavy. Kinda of strange but when I've mentioned that to other locals they say the same thing. Overall a decent location. If I have to go drive thru chains then I prefer Taco Bell's. I enjoy the food and they have a more diverse section than others. Plus they offer diet Mountain Dew. Which is nice. read more

I ask for extra cinnamon on my cinnamon twists and they acted like I was a complete idiot for asking. One employee said that he's never seen that in his life it was not that big of a deal sir I was just asking if you could put some extra cinnamon no need to be rude. they also yelled from the door to the drive-through line that they don't have extra cinnamon on cinnamon twist and they told the lady through her headset. Food was standard Taco Bell. Mexican pizza had fallen out of the box, not fun. The staff tended to be unusually load in back. HVAC needs work, when the door or take out window opens it causes your eyes to pop every time. There also is a slight smell of sewer that wisps by on occasion. read more

They charge for a Senior Water Cup, all the other Taco Bell stores in the Metro Louisville area give them Free. We would stop more offen if they stop charging for Senior Water Cups. read more

Safe and better quality food in the local Mexican restaurants I would eat here over any of the two sit down restaurants around here at least you know the food here is fresh and not rotten and not full of cockroaches. I really enjoy Taco Bell I like coming here and it's fast and the food is good and you can save money. read more

Tried to order through DoorDash. My order had a total of six items. They were apparently missing one of those items, and thus refused to fill my order completely. Despite my saying that I would happily take it without said item. This was at 1030pm, but they are open until 2am so it really makes no sense at all outside of them just not wanting to fill the order. read more

This place is a staple of our family. Service is always great, food has never been wrong (knock on wood), we love the happy hour prices too. Often people complain about this location, we don't understand why. We eat here about 3-4x a week, probably need to cut back, but...just keep filling the cheese cups high for my nachos and making the best quesadillas. Quick review: Location is awful, very slow, terrible service and doesn't make food properly or fix orders. DONT GO, especially if you're in a hurry. First off it took about 40 mins to order with only 4 cars ahead of me. Got the Crunchwrap supreme and a chicken quesadilla. There was absolutely I meat on either one, asked for sauce, was told only one was allowed, when I told them about my food they said it was supposed to be that way. The service at this Taco Bell location was amazing. Usually at other Taco Bell locations the employees seem tired, unenthusiastic, and even act a little rude. I was serviced by Alexus Spruill(her work was so good I even asked for her name to share on this review!). She was very friendly with a big smile and great worth ethic. I love seeing kids try hard at these part time jobs and being friendly at the same time! She has great work ethic which seems to show for the other employees too. DONT GO, ITS TRASH.Really wish I could give them a half star, Even with their GM there. My box truck was too big to go through the DriveThru and they had their Lobby closed. I understand fast food is fast food. But this restaurant is anything but Fast. Time and time again I have given this chain another chance. Usually just wanting to appease a craving and well this chain is the only option. Not any more. If you come to this location, Save yourself and don't go through the drive thru. I've sat in it for 40 minutes before. And once you're in. You can't get out. One straight line to waiting. This trip I went inside and it took 18 minutes To-Go for 4 items. I have to say for this trip the food was decent. In previous trips it wasn't hardly. So hit or miss. They only had one person preparing and several other employees chatting and doing various things around the store. I know a manager walked through and she did not look happy and I didn't realize she was until she went behind the counter. She did start helping the others clean. Although with the wait on the food and the amount of people in the drive thru and waiting inside. She really should've helped get orders out. This place told bus drivers they couldn't take their order at the door they had to use the drive thru. The school bus wouldn't fit so they walked through and were refused service for not being in a vehicle. Then when my mom who saw it on Facebook called to ask (very nicely) a guy named Andrew told her he didn't have time for this harassment and threatened to call the police on her!!!!! Great food and service. They don't advertise with yelp so their stars are low. Yelp controls the reviews and advertising with them and paying them money is the only way you get to keep good reviews. They move the good ones to "not recommend" so the stars won't count. Google is way better. They keep all reviews. Maybe Taco Bell should pay yelp and they would be a 4 or 5 Star read more

This is one of the better taco bells in the area. The food is good and fast. The only complaint i have is that every once and a while they will completely mess up your order. Compared to other taco bells i would choose this one everytime but there is definitely room for some improvement read more
