"Taco Bell Achieves Breakthrough in Drive-Thru Time Travel" Hello Taco Hell management, Tonight I had the honor of participating in what I can only assume was a live-action endurance event disguised as a Taco Bell drive-thru experience. At around 10:30 PM, the dining room was closed despite the location allegedly being open until 2:00 AM. Naturally, this forced every living soul in the surrounding zip code into the drive-thru line, which was wrapped around the entire building like a boa constrictor made of brake lights. The truly impressive part, however, was that the line did not meaningfully move for over an hour. Not 10 minutes. Not "wow this is slow." A full hour-plus of spiritual reflection and vehicle idling. Meanwhile, inside the restaurant, employees appeared to be carefully tidying the already-closed dining room like they were preparing it for a royal visit instead of addressing the automotive refugee crisis outside. At one point I genuinely considered whether I would reach the speaker before retirement age. The best part is: I have video evidence of this majestic operational achievement. Look, I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed happens. But if the dining room closes 3.5 hours early, maybe the drive-thru should not immediately transform into a post-apocalyptic waiting simulator. I mostly just want someone to know how absurd this experience was, because honestly it crossed the line from frustrating into performance art. Went through the drive through tonight hoping to get something quick and easy. First off it is fast food so we don't expect a 5 star meal. But having food that has eyelashes in it is not edible. It seemed pretty intentional and you couldn't miss it when putting the lid on. I'm not sure if maybe we came off as rude in the drive through or something, that's the only thing I can think of. NEVER going back to this location. Quesadilla was not fully cooked, supreme taco was not wrapped the full way so the taco went all over the bag. And well you can see the cheesy potato's. This taco bell specifically had never let me down before tonight. tonight was a catastrophe. i ordered three cravings boxes and i received approximately 1.5 cravings boxes. No bean burrito. no soft shell taco. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. The dinning room is always filthy, they are typically out of supplies such ad cup lids and napkins. The bathrooms are atrocious and you would be better off using the restrooms at Wal-Mart. The "food" quality is below sub-par. I understand they get busy but the contence of my burrito was basically soup. Paid $6 for a burrito Supreme and that was the same size as a bean burrito but your would need a spoon if you could stomach to eat it. Really disappointed. read more

It's Taco Bell. I only visit when I am drinking. There isn't much to expect. I'm happy it's around when I need it. This one is a little trashy and the drink machine is disgusting. Bottom line: If you're like me, when you are drunk enough to eat Taco Bell then you couldn't care less about the aesthetics, you just come for the tacos. read more

I'm giving this location five stars. But it's just a Taco Bell, you say? That's true. It is. The food is fine and dandy, and it's one of those double restaurants where you can order either Taco Bell or Long John Silvers. When you're with two picky kids, it's nice to have options. But the super clean dining room, accurate order, fast service and dandy food aren't why I'm giving it a five. It's the staff!! These people were so nice and friendly. One gal in particular went out of her way to be sure we were happy and to help the picky kids find something they'd like. During down time, she was out and about in the dining room cleaning up and keeping busy. She even came by our table to make sure we were doing well. Now, I know it's just Taco Bell, but it is so nice to see a young gal work as hard as she was working and still have a smiling face. Her name was Madison M. and SHE is why I'm giving the five stars. It's Taco Bell! How hard is it to mess it up? Well, this store can do that for you. You wouldn't think making fast food tacos would be a difficult challenge but for this location they get the trophy for the dirtiest, nastiest, tacos you've ever had from Taco Bell in the restaurant. Think of every Taco Bell joke and this store matches the food output. The burritos I ordered were supposed to be beef, but I got the free "upgrade" to dish water soaked chicken. Not sure I got a true upgrade, and I don't know why they used the chicken. Dear God, I hope that was chicken, please don't tell me otherwise.... Slimy, wet, Taco Bell chicken that I try to avoid as it's always nasty. I ordered my food, from the giant iPads as there is no one to work the registers anymore. After waiting for my food for 10 minutes, and I was the only order in the dining room and three cars went through the drive thru while I waited, so the four workers should have been able to make 2 burritos and a taco, especially since this location removed the Long John's fish portion, so no need to worry about soggy fish anymore. Not sure why my drink was the hardest thing to hand over, as they stared at me like they didn't know what to do when I asked for my drink cup. Then one worker said, "you didn't get that?" (Thinking to my self, "NO! As no one can work the counter, who am I supposed to get that from?!") If it weren't for the ice machine repair guy and the other couple that came in just as I almost got my food and were ignored by the staff completely, this place would have been a ghost town as the drive thru emptied after the three cars mentioned earlier. With this all said, the staff should have had plenty of time to address the cleanliness of the store. The bathrooms, that I had to visit before I left with my food bag had a sign that said "restrooms are checked every 30 minutes", well they may check them, but they sure don't clean them or restock supplies. After standing in sticky floor substance by the urinals, I went to wash my hands. Thankfully there was soap at the sink. But don't plan on towels to dry your hands as the bathroom would make an abandon truck stop blush with shame at the dirt and film on everything. The sink basin was gray from dirt that matched the floors and walls. So maybe that was the theme of the bathroom and I missed the decor style aimed for by Taco Bell. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again, as I can only imagine what is in the kitchen of the rest of the dining area and bathrooms are this filthy. Maybe the manager can walk to the Walmart behind this Taco Bell and buy some bleach and floor cleaner and other supplies if they can't order them directly to the store and use them. We went to the drive-through at 8:30 and sat in the drive-through for about 45 minutes ordered our food got up to the window to pay and the employee proceeded to tell us at 9:20 PM that the long John silvers portion had closed early and it Was done without anyone being notified so he had no idea therefore we did not get our food and we sat there for almost an hour you should have put a sign up to tell people this was what was going on and we wouldn't have sat there for almost an hour thinking we were getting something that you advertise horrible management ! First off, I don't have high expectations of fast food places to begin with. However, I'm convinced that the requirements of managing this particular Taco Bell consists of resisting the temptation to eat the yellow crayon. It's Friday night, and a large line around the building. This isn't abnormal for this location as they're incredibly slow (much like the management). We sat in the slow moving line for about 30 minutes. This isn't abnormal at this location. Upon reaching the speaker, there's no interaction. After a couple minutes we moved to the window. Nothing. Moved to the second window. There we find a post it note that says "closed for training" on the window. No indication before that. Whoever manages this place is either incompetent, lazy, mentally disabled or a combination. This is the group demanding $15/hr and demonstrates the professionalism of a $2/hr wage. read more

I've been going to this location for years. Today went inside and told I couldn't order other than from the kiosk for Taco Bell. This location also has a Long John Silver's in it. Since I couldn't Oder from the girl I walked out along with 5 other customers in a matter of 1 minute. Management at this location is horrible would not recommend anyone go there. Night shift is terrible. We have waited OVER AN HOUR multiple times to get our food, and tonight they closed AN HOUR EARLY, mind you we hadn't even got our food yet. Their hours are listed 8 AM- 11 PM, and they were telling people over the intercom that they were closed at 10 PM. I'm not trying to be a "Karen", but OVER AN HOUR for food, over multiple visits is ridiculous. I've never actually been impressed by a Taco Bell until I went here. I walked in on a Friday night at 6:30 and it was BUSY. The dining area was very clean, bathrooms were spotless and the very long line moved quickly. The staff was efficiently clarifying all orders and for the 30 minutes we were in there, there wasn't a single remake or complaint from any customer. Good job guys! read more

This Taco Bell is half Long John Silver out in front of a WalMart. I like the divided stores when you can't make a decision. This store is very clean. Unfortunately, I picked a time when they were mopping the floor--not real appetizing to watch and quite slick on the tile. Great with the clean floor, dusty on the wall dividers. Very polite regional manager helping out, modeling efficiency at the register. Softest burrito shell I ever had. Screaming kid needed to be ejected though. LOL.
