Placed a delivery order at 7:01 pm tonight. Received confirmation that the order would arrive between 7:35 and 7:52 - reasonable since the restaurant is only 2.5 miles from my front door. Just received a text saying my order is on the way (8:00) and will be delivered between 8:35 and 8:52. Unacceptable! Two hours for a couple tacos & a burrito!!! I called Grub Hub customer service and they agreed it was outrageous. The best they could do to try to make it right was to offer a coupon for my next order. There will not be a next order. UPDATE: I kept checking my order status after speaking to Grub Hub customer service. At 8:44 it changed to "Your order was delivered at 8:17 pm." WTF?!?!?There was no knock at the door, the doorbell didn't ring, no text or call from the driver. My dog, who barks at the wind, was sound asleep the whole time. I immediately went to the door - found the bag of food sitting on the doormat! I have a bench right beside the door where it should have been placed. The food was stone cold. I had to warm it up in the microwave - turned the crunchy taco & Crunchwrap Supreme (scorched) into soggy messes. #foodchallenge I really craved TB fierce it's been over a month since the release of naked chicken chalupa so I ordered a grande meal with medium soda 11.and change. Which feeds 5. But took the challenge to see if I could eat all 10 items. I paced myself got up 3 times and managed to eat 9 tacos I could have made it to ten but I substituted the last taco for a burrito and it was just a struggle to eat the 9th taco. Co-worker suggested we stop in here for lunch today. Wanted something cheap and not out of the way. I questioned Taco Bell for lunch, honestly, but okay. Met a talkative fellow in line. He kept saying how there's nothing healthy to eat here, then mentioned he was going to try the triple double crunchwrap because he wanted to know how it tastes. News for you bud, it tastes like Taco Bell. Different portions, same ingredients. Upon leaving, we had to stop at the warehouse to get parts. Problem is one coworker decided to have four burritos and nachos and spent roughly, and yes that is a double entendre, fifteen minutes in the restroom. Second coworker, maybe eight. He only had two. If I could give these knuckleheads a zero I would. I come in for lunch and they have no chicken. Really? No chicken at a Taco Bell. That's not even part of the issue the biggest part was they let me order and didn't tell me until after I had paid that they were out of chicken. Basically they just don't care. This place isn't that bad it's either a hit or a miss and where they get your food wrong. Just depends on the crew working. The staff is always nice though. And if you get something wrong with the order the manager is always willing to help fix it. Just be careful sometimes you will get the order ahead of you and sometimes they forget items or make one wrong. Other then that it's pretty good and is always super clean. read more

Went into this location and the staff is not attentive. I stood their whole three employees and a manager watched me wait with no acknowledgement. About 2.5 minutes into standing there and employee comes over from a back table as says what do you want. I order my food and she hands me my card back and goes back to her table. I went to get Dr Pepper for my daughter and they are out. There is a big spill in front of the soda machine and no one cleaned it up. There was only one guest in the building and that was it. No reason for lazy people who are more interested in their own conversations then to help a guest or even acknowledge them in a professional manner. I'll return because it's Taco Bell and my daughter likes it but over all not a great experience. Food was as expected not great not terrible, it's Taco Bell so it is what it is.
