We eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants and have been to Mexico many times. The food here is super fresh and the portions are generous. I think the freshness of the food and the tastiness of the sauces really stands out here.

Tried a new style of taco, shells ares toasted and ten filled with just a shredded pork, nor extras, though those are available on the side, diced and whole onions and spices. It was delicious and is called tacos quesabirria. It was my second time here, I thought I reviewed it before, but I guess this is now my first review. First time was the regular $3 tacos, which were fantastic as well. I also had the crispy quesadilla, which was stuffed with cheese and chorizo. Another great taco place in the Naples area. Definitely will return.

Took mom out for Mexican and my Aunt told me about La Casa. So I figured why not check the place out. Mom was the super nacho was average not bad but nothing beyond that. She would try something else. My meal the Beef Meilanisea was very tasty and I think would go great with soft or hard shell. The appetiser was also tasty. Bueno!

    Canned veg all tacos

Gave this place in a sketchy area a try... 3 of us for dinner, all ordered at the same time, one chicken tacos, next person chix pork & beef tacos, I ordered 2 veg tacos. The 1st two orders came up, veg tacos arrived 15 minutes after & were canned 'veg all' seriously disgusting & server never asked why I didn't eat them....one & done!

What A Great Place! As were driving down the street towards…read morethe Naples Botanical Garden, we passed a brewery and next to it was this small Mexican restaurant. How perfect. After our nature visit, we could stop for a beverage, then get a late lunch next door. Well let me tell you, this is legit authentic Mexican. We walked over from the brewery next door. There's a patio out front with tables and umbrellas, but it was scorchingly hot and we wanted to sit inside. Not too many tables as it's small, but one opened up for the three of us. A very polite server provided menus and took our drink orders. My daughter and I both had Micheladas. You can select what beer you want in the mix. I had Modelo Negro, my daughter selected Modelo Especial. My wife had a bottle of water. No tap water here, you need to buy the bottle. We studied the menu trying to decide what to get. Everything we could see others eating looked great and tacos seemed to be the popular meal. Our Micheladas came out and these were festive. Large mugs, rimmed with a pretty zippy tahin and pepper blend, filled with the beer and a slightly spicy tomato juice mix. Very flavorful. A something new for us was the addition of a tamarind straw. It's a plastic straw, covered with a sweet spicy tamarind blend. They actually call it candy. You use it to stir your drink and then nibble on the candy. What a great fun thing to add to a drink. By the way, the Michelada was excellent. I enjoyed licking the tajin seasoned rim with each sip, just like a salted rim on a margarita. Still studying the menu, we ordered the Choriqueso appetizer. The basket came out with fresh fried corn tortilla chips and a bowl of queso cheese with chorizo sausage crumbled into it. Runnier than most cheese dips we're used to, but enjoyable nonetheless. Finally we ordered our meals. Al Pastor Tacos for my wife, Chorizo and Steak Tacos and Quesabirria Quesadilla for my daughter and Caldo de Camaron for myself. In just a few minutes, our delights were delivered and the feast began. All of the meats in the tacos and quesadilla were excellent. Great flavors and no skimping on the meats. Onions, cilantro and self squeezed lime punched up the flavors. The quesabirria come with an au jus style dipping sauce that was perfect. My shrimp soup was spectacular. Easily shareable, but I accepted the challenge to eat this myself. Served with numerous warm tortillas, chopped onions, cilantro and lime, I put it all in. A very light yet flavorful broth and as the pic shows, loaded with flavorful shrimp. I enjoyed every spoonful. A wonderful soup. As with most authentic Mexican restaurants, you are made to feel that \you are their guest. They will never make you feel that you've overstayed and if you want your check, you just go to the register at the counter. Looking forward to our next trip there.

They do get pretty busy around lunchtime so sometimes there are no more seats available inside, but that's a testament to how good their food is. During cooler days, they have plenty more outdoor seating so finding a spot shouldn't be a problem. You can mix and match any tacos you want. They are smaller street tacos, so usually three is enough, but if you're really hungry you'll probably want 4.

Each visit over the past couple years we've made sure to return; simple walk over to the restaurant since we used to stay at the Hilton a couple blocks away... and even now that we don't stay that close, we made an effort to detour all the way over because the food is that good and the staff are pretty awesome. The wife continues to order their superb margaritas and different taco plates; she does love those tacos. As for me, I rarely drink but now and then I treat myself to a fruity frozen drink and if at Don Tequila I got myself a frozen Mango Margarita (with a sugar rim; not masculine but delicious nonetheless); and for a guy that rarely drinks, I also ended up with a Strawberry Margarita. Ended up with a Chicken and Steak Fajitas dinner on our latest visit. Food was deliciously seasoned... steak was awesome but the chicken was a bit overcooked (dry) but a dab more sour cream and guacamole on the tortilla and it's still great.

They have quite the extensive menu with several food options ranging from tacos to full platters. There's something for everyone! I got the asada and al pastor taco with a side of charro beans. First off, the asado was absolutely delicious! The meat had a perfect amount of char which gave it so much flavor. The al pastor was also very flavorful and it had a good balance of pineapple. The charro beans were also very flavorful with pieces of sausage and bacon. Sooo good! Everything tastes fresh and you can tell it was made with love.

Very disappointing experience. If your guacamole contains…read moredairy (mayo, sour cream, etc.), that absolutely needs to be disclosed--especially for customers who are lactose intolerant. Traditional guacamole does not include dairy, so this was unexpected and frustrating. The steak taco was also extremely greasy. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn't return based on this experience.BTW, this was a take out order

We did get the guac and chips too to use the chips with the elote. That was the problem. The guac was somewhat tasteless, but the chips were very bad. They tasted like they were made in old rancid oil and they make them onsite. They even smelled like old oil. We let her know and she brought a new batch. Still tasted bad. We suggested her to try them and she did and agreed they were not up to par. I felt the grease even coated my tongue. The cornbread was excellent. Because the chips were so bad we got the guac and rest of the elote to go so we can eat at home with some good chips. We got the bill and even though they agreed they weren't as good as normal they still charged us for everything. That is a problem. She should have had them take them off the bill. We still tipped 18% but that isn't good when they don't make it right. We may give them another chance but still charging males that less likely for sure.

I'm in town for a work trip and was craving some tacos, so I ordered birria from here today, and I also put in a horchata. I would say the birria was like a 4/5 from me - it was very good but a bit too greasy, and they also didn't include napkins, which kind of made it worse. It had a ton of limes with it, and for some reason a ton of cucumbers as well, both of those were on the side. The consommé was pretty good with it, but I had to put a lot of lime on the tacos to really bring out the flavor, which I shouldn't have to do. The reason this review is three starters and not four is because of the Horchata, which unfortunately I would give like two stars. It was very chalky and not very sweet. Definitely a bummer because I love horchata so I was looking forward to having it with my meal. My driver actually forgot it, but brought it back so I had to make an extra trip down to my hotel lobby for it as well, though of course that is not the fault of the restaurant. It arrived kind of lukewarm as well. I'm still sipping it as I write this review, but it was definitely a huge disappointment. Overall, I would order from this restaurant again if in the area, but I would probably try the quesadilla or something else from the menu.
