It is never open when it is supposed to be. I ordered online and i went to pick it up and it was not open. No one was there. The drive thru is closed with no indication until you drive up to the speaker. No one answers. The wait times are outrageous. The orders are usually messed up or missing ingredients. They should be open when indicated online or in app not whenever they feel like it. Horrible restaurant and I would rather drive to the other locations then go to this location. read more

Came inside to order 2 burritos and the man at the register kept leaving to go back to the drive thru, I also ended up grabbing my own receipt from the machine because he left. If I could rate this zero I would. I've never left a review in my whole life but tonight I'm over it. There's no line inside. When I pulled up there were about 7 cars in the drive thru. I ordered my food online and paid for it 10 minutes prior to even pulling up. I ordered two quesaritos and a soda to make my dinner quick so I Can get my daughter home at a reasonable time and make her dinner. I waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me to pullup. I've now been here for almost an hour in total waiting for my food I paid for. This is why i typically take my time driving to Oshkosh rather than going down the street to the Neenah one because Oshkosh actually has their shit together. The woman behind me even got her food. After we got the food, we check to make sure we had all what we order and my mom had to get one thing that we order was missing, we got it. My boyfriend was waiting for us at our house. Placed an order online to be picked up at 5:45pm. I arrived on time when the guy behind the counter said they never got my order because the site has been messed up. He talked to the manager, in which I was told would be right out. I never replaced my order but was told to wait 15 minutes and it'd be done? Waited 10 minutes in front of the drive thru menu box and had to yell into it to see if anyone was even around. They then spoke and told me to order when ever I wanted. After telling them my very small order and mentioning I wanted lots of mild sauce, I was asked if I wanted any hot or mild sauce with my order. I moved up to the only car at the window, and waited 25 minutes for my order to be given to me. By that time there were five other cars behind me and I noticed every single one of them waited by the box also for a long period of time. First off, it takes a lot for me to speak up and complain if something is wrong. The taco bell in Neenah WI is TERRIBLE!!! Over the past few years of living up here, I can't believe they are still in business. The drive thru has taken 45 mins or more on most occasions. How is this fast food???? If I had the time to spend sitting in a car waiting for food, I would have just went to a restaurant. Their freeze machine is broken 90% of the time. When you order one, they usually say " hold on a second, let me see if its working." We went in to eat inside once and the workers had rap music blaring very loudly. We were so uncomfortable, that we ate fast and left immediately. When they screw something up, (which is almost everytime) I let them know in a very polite way. Each time, I have gotten eye rolls from the workers and they get mad that they need to fix it. How can getting mad and treating the consumer like crap cuz YOU messed up OK??????? Especially when I was super nice about taking a bite of something I didn't order and it was disgusting. We ordered a 12 pack of family pack hard shell tacos and asked for extra cheese. It came to $25 for them. Of that, they charge $10 for the extra cheese. We were fine with that cuz we wanted more cheese than what they put on. We have had issues in the past where they don't put any extra on, so we told them to please remember. We get through the drive thru and sure enough NO EXTRA cheese! And 3 of them had none. When you pay the extra $10 for an item and dont receive it EVERY time is ridiculous!!!! We had to park the car, go inside and tell them. The kid behind the counter rolled his eyes, snatched the box out of my hand and walked away. He came back a few minutes later handed it back with a pissy attitude and didn't utter a word. What is going on at the Neenah Taco Bell? I used to come at least 5 times a week and brings friends with. It has been closed. The money TB is losing. No thinking. I know some of the regulars that used to work there. Sad to get rid of all the good workers and hire all new and throw them into work with out training.
