The food is the same as all Taco Bell's. The service has been good. It's nice to have another fast food choice in Newman.

They substitute all meat for rice and give small tortillas instead of wrap size indicated.

Chips smell like cleaning solution & staff is without a doubt always rude. Except the one guy who says "you got it boss", he's chill

What's makes a 5 star experience? Good food & Great Customer Service. The minute I walked in I was greeted & helped. Covid precautions in place, shields, face masks and gloves were worn. What I wanted no longer came with a drink, but no problem she said, it's happy hour what would you like. Drink ended up costing $1. As I was handed my order he told me I threw in a Chicken Chalupa, order was canceled. He didn't have to do that, but I appreciated it. If I could give zero stars I would, how is it I get charged for extra red sauce every time but last three times I've gone, no red sauce at all in my bean and cheese burrito. idk why but they only serve soft drinks like 30 min- 1 hr before they close , saying they turn the oven off at 10:30 (they close at 12). I hope they don't do this anymore but last time I went really late they did. They messed up my order only once out of the times I've been there . Well there isn't a negative star rating but this place in my book scores a negative. Ever time I have been there they get the order wrong. I live not even a half mile from the building and with the heater on the food still is cold. They don't know how to read. They mistake chicken for cheese every damn time! They don't allow enough time to melt the cheese for the quesadilla or cheesy roll Ups over half the cheese is still cold. Call and complain all the managers say is the are training. How they have been open for a year and should know the job. Newbies should be on a shift with seasoned worker. Get workers that can read and can tell the difference between hot and cold. read more

The employees at Taco Bell close whenever they want according to Google they're open till 12 midnight it is 8 o'clock and they are closed. Corporate has been called many of times about this and nothing is being done. I really do hope that employees get fired. They shut down the drive-through with their stupid cones, and then they lock the doors, so nobody can come in, I hope some thing is done about this there's not right and the company is losing money over unresponsible employees. On top of that they have horrible service and something needs to be done about it. And this isn't the first or the last time they close the restaurant early maybe it's to go party? Corporate needs to do a better job of hiring people that actually want to work. You guys suck. Do not use the Taco Bell Mobile app at this location!! They will not start working on it until you arrive at the drive thru then have have you wait in front of the store for 10-15 minutes. If something your ordered online is not available in store the employees just shrug their shoulders and don't replace one item for another.... while still charging the full price. They will also fill their cups with ice up to the lid so remember to always ask for no ice! read more

Time after time I come here and they always fuck up my order. I ordered a deluxe cravings box comes with chips cheese the taco with melted cheese the burrito and chulpa. No chips no burrito no melted cheese taco I got a chulpa Doritos taco and regular taco and cheese sauce. Then I ordered a cravings box that had a burrito and and Gordita and chips and cheese I didn't get the burrito or the chips and cheese. I even asked at the window when they handed me the bag of food that's everything both box's. The guy said yes and it was not. Why did I just pay $21 to not get the shit I ordered. We were just told for the second time in as many weeks that they can't make any grilled food at 10:25pm. I was afraid that they would get complacent after they opened like Burger King and use their tricks to compromise the drive thru clock to cover the sensor so it looks like we've received our food in under 45 seconds. We haven't had Taco Bell in a while my wife was craving it she loves the Doritos Loco Taco Supremes but they were placed on the bottom of the bag and were delivered crushed/broken the crunch wrap had nothing in it and looked nothing like the picture. The beefy cheesy burrito was a something else with rice and chips in it hardly any meat and not cheesy in any way shape or form. The people are nice and the service was good it's a really neat building too bad the food sucks I'm not too surprised like everywhere else the food you get never looks anything like the picture they advertise. This wasn't our first disappointment and I'm sure it won't be our last guessing we just expect too much. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Online says Open until ten, sign says open until 8 P.M. nope 8 not even!! Just went there at 7:40 sat in drive through for five minutes decided to go in while my husband was waiting in drive through and out came two young guys locking up! Didn't even stay open until 7:45 absolutely lazy, and these people are making $15 an hour when they can't even stay open until the regular closing time. Two cars waiting behind us, and as we were pulling out two more cars pulled into drive through!!! If your sign says open till 8P.M. keep it open until 8 and then close down, clearly they started shutting down a round 7:30 to be fully closed locking up and walking to their cars before 7:50 P.M. When I asked what was going on the excuse was oh I haven't had time to change the board our prices went up this morning. I said you need to come out and change this before you do any more selling this is illegal . I want it for the price that's advertised. My mom had went inside to order some food and the employees had seen her stand there, but not a single person asked her if she was ready to order. They never took her order. An employee on break, saw the whole thing and came to help my mom after much time had passed but there was a language barrier as the employee only spoke Spanish. After my mom had placed the order with the girl on the kiosk, they never brought out her food and she just clicked cancelled on the screen. I was excited when Newman got a Taco Bell, but we may as well never got one as this location doesnt seem to keep business hours. They close hours earlier than supposed to, open hours later and sometimes are just closed on the random non holiday days. Reliability is key for a business and I will gladly travel the 12 miles to Patterson to visit a reliable establishment with actual business hours and no excuses read more
