I asked her if something was off with the soda machine & before she went to go check with the manager to check out the machine she offered to refill our drinks from the other machine. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. The food is fresh and hot, which is a requirement of mine. They dont get upset with my weird order and only say that's an easy one....double single mustard fried protein style no salt no sauce no onion add pickle add ketchup add mustard. The inside is always clean, but you may or may not get a table since they are conveniently located next to the freeway exit. Seriously, is there any other restaurant that can make a burger better than In N Out?! NO!!! The Double Double-Animal style is the best for the price point! The fries are Ehhhh, unless I get them lightly well done, Animal style. How anyone can sit in their drive through for eons, not for me!! Step inside, order and 5-6 minutes later we have our meal. Not cool when it's supposed to be fast service. Edit: received my order and had asked for 1 single slice of cheese on my double double burger and my burger bun had the cheese residue bc they simply messed it up and just peeled of the top cheese. Now that this location has been here for a long time we went again this past weekend. I have to say that the wait times are just significantly longer than other In-N-Out burgers. Doesn't matter when you go if they are packed or don't appear to be busy. The wait times are always the same. By the time you get your food, it just seems that it has sat for a while and isn't very warm. We also noticed that the patties weren't seasoned, and there was no real flavor in the overall burger. The burgers are what I call "American Standard" burgers. Lettuce, onions (plain or grilled) tomato with 4 Pattie's and 4 slices of cheese, sauce all between the the bun. I ordered the 4x4. On my last order they only made a 3x3 so maybe the math skills aren't the greatest. Too bad they charged me for the 4x4. Still good eats but only 2 stars. read more
