Very unreliable. Taco Bell burrito giveaway was on today and mind you, this location had a "Now Serving Breakfast" banner. It was not open and I was sitting in the parking lot from 6:50 A.M. We were hungry, stopped in. It was about 10:53, DR is open til 11. We were greeted with eye rolls and dismissive attitudes. Ordered 6 soft tacos and cinnamon twists. Waited over 10 minutes while several cars in the drive through were served. We waited. Finally, after I made a comment, our food was brought to us. The attitudes of the employees on this shift were very rude & childish. If the woman closing out the register is in any kind of supervisory position, she should be retrained or out to pasture. I was picking up a doordash order and stood in the store for 7 minutes without even being acknowledged while the employees talked between each other about how they are just gonna lock the doors and not let anyone in. It was 10 minutes past my pickup time before I finally got the order. When a customer walks into your store, you DO NOT go to great lengths to ignore them and make them stand there!!! It's not difficult to let them know you'll be right with them or acknowledge them in any way. I am working...same as you trying to pay bills. I should not have to deal with such horrible service!!! This fast food Taco Bell is horrible! I went here along with my son. We both ordered the grilled cheese steak burritos meals and other things. The burrito had black hair looking like pubic hair grilled underneath the cheese!!! Totally unacceptable! I called over 9 times and no answer so I went back to the store, to find one guy sitting in the dining room on a cell phone and the other outside and the manager in the back! I've finally had it with this location. They constantly get my order wrong, the line is slow as shit, and when they do get my order correct, it's almost too sloppy to eat. I don't want to have to come in, or wait 15 minutes again at the drive thru, because you can't tell a rice and beef burrito from a bean burrito. This shit isn't rocket science. And why are the tacos they hand me so wet? What could they possibly be doing back there to make the tacos look like they just went for a swim? It's disgusting. I was in the drive thru today and placed my order. The lady then snapped back that she "didn't hear a word of that and needed me to repeat my order." She said it with plenty of attitude. But I didn't care...I was having a very great day. I repeated my order a little louder, but was interrupted with, "if you are going to yell in my ear they get out of MY drive thru!" Now I'm incredibly confused. I pause. Finally I said let me talk to you at the window. I was getting frustrated. Finally I exited the drive thru and parked in the parking lot. I entered the store. I asked her what her problem was. She reiterated that she was in charge and I was not going to be served. The upside of this, is that I'm not your average customer that you can treat like dirt and get away with it. Worst place and worst management. Manager is crap. I ordered chicken and gave me beef and literally made me eat what I never wanted to eat in my life. When I ask them to make one with chicken, they care about 70 cent more than what they made me eat: never wanted to eat beef in my life and they made me eat it. Don't go, if you are not a beef person. Absolutely crap. We ordered two chalupa boxes with no tomatoes because my fiance is allergic to them soft taco instead of hard. I figured i would make it easy on them and just order the same thing instead of two different meals ps they still screwed it up big time tomatoes on everything and one meal had a soft taco and the other had a hard taco that was stale and soggy all at the same time. They suggested I take either chicken or beef, when I asked for a refund instead, they couldn't because the manager wasn't authorized to give a refund. We came in the 1st person you saw was a guys playing on his phone, he never looked at us or acknowledged we were there. The cashier was good, everytime you looked by the counter workers and manager were playing with their phone. The tables and floors were dirty, and the trash was overflowing. the food was delicious till I got to my cinnamon twists and then they had a really gross flavor they weren't even edible. they tasted like they got cooked in old oil mixed with cleaner and then rubbed in cardboard. The employees are pretty decent tbh; you can't expect much from someone working fast food - they can't be happy all the time - especially at that pay. Anyway, half the time the order's messed up in some way. It happens - it's fast food. And they're really fast here. It's frustrating when you get skimped on toppings that regularly come on your order, but they decided not to put them that day - on multiple occasions they just don't put sour cream on certain items that I order regularly and am sure come with it. (I like sour cream ok?) It's pretty annoying, but there are no other Taco Bells near by and it's a good price and I crave it, so I deal with it. I drive on up pay for it and they hand me the food in a bag sealed with a sticker! I asked specifically is the sauce in the bag? Yes it is I made sure I put 5 packs in there for you! Ordered 3 very small items and ended up waiting a very long time. Our bag had all of our food but the hard shell taco and bean burrito were not wrapped up at all, the wrappers were just sitting on top of the items in the bag. Taco shell was broken in half and the contents were spilled all over the bottom of the bag making it inedible. The grease from the meat broke the bottom of the bag open all over my lap, staining my pants and shirt. I order thru the mobile app often (which is great) but...the last 5 times I've ordered, it has not been correct. I always order extra chipotle sauce which I pay EXTRA for and I don't receive extra!!! Tonight there was NO chipotle on the spicy tostada, that comes with it to begin with. This location is ridiculous. I've tried to give them a second chance, maybe it was an off day, maybe I was just grouchy, maybe someone working was, but this is the second time in a row my order was messed up. How hard is chicken quesadilla, SOFT chicken taco and a Dr pepper. Seriously. I've gotten a beef taco, or a hard taco. This last time I went in because the drive through line was long. There was 1 couple in front of me and two people waiting for food. It took 25 minutes for me to even order and an additional 15 minutes for me to get my food (which was wrong). Yes, I should have left and gone somewhere else, but I was already there and I kept saying I've already waited this long and I'm next. While it turns out someone didn't show up for their shift and a new guy was being trained, I watched the whole thing from line and then While I was waiting for my food. The trainer kept walking away to talk to the drive through people while the trainee was looking around cause he had no clue what he was doing. My order was made by the trainer AND IT WAS STILL WRONG. I didn't want to waste more time for them to fix it so I just left with what I had. What really frustrated me was there were 4 people on drive through and only 2 on walk in. A supervisor was there. I have worked in fast food for years and this situation was poorly handled. If you want taco bell, go to a different location. read more
