The manager was super helpful in answering our questions about the build your own bowl. The food was good and the establishment was clean.

Joey Bag of Donuts Burrito

For a southwest/Mexican style meal that's fresh and fast, Moe's is my number one go-to! Recently stopped in for a late lunch and had a Joey Bag of Donuts burrito. This isn't a dessert. Its Moe's reference to a smaller sized burrito! I had my usual chicken with black beans and lots of cilantro! Served with warm tortilla chips and salsa. Yum! Although it was the smaller size burrito , I still had plenty of leftovers to bring home for a second meal. I would also recommend this restaurant for your catering needs. I have used them hundreds of times for catering work related luncheons. The catering coordinator is knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with!

Welcome to Moe's! This is like a Subway restaurant for Mexican food. You choose a burrito, bowl, taco, or quesadilla and choose from the available ingredients to customize your order just the way you like it. Among the items you can add are peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, and other condiments typical to Mexican food. They have really good queso and guacamole, too. One of my favorite things is the salsa bar, offering several types of salsa to go with the chips they serve with the entrees. Seriously, if they would bottle the "Who is Kaiser?" salsa, they would have a loyal customer in me. I love that stuff! This is a great spot for fast Mexican food.

Steak earmuffs bowl, sooooooo much yum!!!

Y'all I have always been more of a Qdoba girl.... such a sad life I've been living!!!! I signed up for Moe's rewards because one of my coworkers was telling me about it. Totally forgot about signing up and received an email for a free burrito for my birthday. (Totally beyond excited) I grabbed the home wrecker burrito for my husband and an earmuffs bowl for myself. The queso y'all, I can't even explain it. It is just so good!!! I'd drink it with a straw!! The steak was super flavorful and soft. Their guacamole is on point! So many more options than other places and the taste is so much better than the Q or Chipotle! My new favorite go to! And free chips and salsa?!? Who would go anywhere else?! Try the avocado salsa!!

It has been awhile since I was here. We got a very low "welcome to Moe's" for moe Monday. The burrito was $5 and was large and packed full and made quickly. Get the app and join the rewards.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at La Cabaña. It was a slow start, but our waiter eventually came…read moreover to give us chips and salsa. He was absolutely pleasant as can be and joked with us a bit, making our experience a great one. It can get kind of loud in both the indoor and patio section of the restaurant, but once larger parties began to clear out, it became calm enough to hear each other. We ordered an appetizer bowl of the chorizo queso, and this queso definitely stands out as the best queso we have ever had. The hillbilly quesadilla, chimichangas, tacos, and burritos are all excellent choices; the portions tend to be a bit larger, so I recommend going when you're really hungry (but the leftovers were just as delightful). All of the proteins were cooked well, and the classic lime margarita was perfect. We would go back to this restaurant if we had the chance.

I have found another good Mexican restaurant in Lexington…read more The location is not fancy and it is at a run down part of the town. But the food is great. Their tacos are really good and they accommodate with the meat of your choice. I could only see Chicken and Shredded beef as options in the menu. But I asked for Chorizo and Asada and they were happy to do it. The cheese dip was great. If there are any downsides, I would say the lack of authentic taco sauce. I have been to many Mexican restaurants and they offer two sauces for your tacos. Here they offered only one, and it could have been better. Other than that, everything else was great!

My brother kept telling me I needed to try this local Mexican spot, and I'm so glad I finally did…read more I started with the fresh guacamole served with crispy tostada chips, then got the pork tamales covered in melted cheese, a shredded beef taco, and finished with a slice of tres leches cake. Everything tasted so authentic and full of flavor. I also loved the environment and decorations throughout the restaurant- it felt warm, welcoming, and very true to the culture. The only downside is that it is a little pricier than some other Mexican places I've tried. My meal came out to around $47 just for me, but honestly I didn't mind because you can tell the quality is there and I'm always happy to support a local business and the people behind it.

I stopped in at 2pm on a Saturday. I was the only person besides the owner. The decor inside is not…read moreyour traditional restaurant layout but what I've seen in Mexico where there a hand crafted items, piñatas, and some tables for eating but have no napkins or hot sauces on them. They are bare. I ordered from a very limited menu, jalapeño and bean tamales, refried beans and rice. The flavor of the meal was excellent. The tamales were wrapped in the corn husk and she did a great job heating them up, they were very moist. The beans served on the side were very dark brown. Almost like black beans but not. The rice was not your typical Mexican rice but a much finer and smaller grain, almost like basmati rice. Great flavor in everything. My only complaint and this is just me. I prefer a plate and real utensils for a $20 meal. Not paper plate and plastic ware. The beans and rice were reheated in their plastic container.
