My experience at this Taco Bell was very disappointing. The service was exceptionally slow I waited 30 minutes for my food and then an additional 20 minutes for just two drinks. The employees were loud and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable. One worker, who I believe was named Mia, was shouting loudly behind the counter instead of assisting her colleagues. When I mentioned the delay with the drinks, she did not take any action and continued to stand there. This behavior created a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere for customers and doesn't reflect well on the restaurant. Service is poor. I ordered on my phone in the parking lot and walked inside to wait for it. I watched about 5 people come inside and order on the little kiosks and get served first. Everyone had their names politely called when their food was ready. I ordered 2 things. Name never got called. I eventually started to get concerned so I got in line to ask them if they even had my order. At that point someone in the back shouted at me that they were making my order. So I got out of line. Once my food was done one of the girls just snuck it onto the little pick up shelf and didn't call my name? So I look up from my phone and it's just sitting there for the past 2 minutes... like really?! They knew I was waiting and called everyone else's name... I know it sounds trivial but come on. I had to wait longest when I ordered earliest, at least hand me my food when it's finally done please. Omg, this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had in my life. I got the spicy potato soft taco and a chicken soft taco. Both the potato and the chicken were unrecognizable crunchy rectangles with nothing soft in them or around them or on them. They were terrible. I had already left so I just picked them all out and ate the lettuce and cheese and the taco. The so-called potato and a chicken pieces were completely indistinguishable from one another. Add to that I had to go back in because they had given me the chicken taco and the quesadilla but not the potato. So the guy was kind enough to give me two inedible tacos as compensation for me having to come back. Other than being a little too spicy the chicken quesadilla was okay for my 7-year-old granddaughter. I've had these items many times before and they were never inedible. If I could give this particular Taco Bell location a negative amount of stars I would, because I've had the worst service here constantly and somehow have still given it multiple chances. Since covid started we've tried to order here and the signs all say something different on them to where it doesn't make sense how to get your food or where to go-standing at the pickup carry out window they created for covid just to have an employee sitting right inside clearly through the window next to the doorbell not even give me an answer. On top of that ordered a 5$ box quite a few times and didn't receive my drink when I asked the cashier she had the nerve to say she didn't have time to give me my drink cause she was too busy. The food's cheap, the service's fast, and the decor it top notch. I always get my food within three minutes of ordering it. The staff is always so helpful when I don't know what to get (good one, I always get three Doritos locos tacos). Really though, they are pretty nice. It's got a drive though and plenty of seating, so whether you're fishbowling or going on a glaze-eyed galavant, this place is in my top five eateries. One last thing, the drink sizes are so reasonable, a large isn't even 40oz! read more
