Tonight my friends and I went to the Fiesta's in Dartmouth to eat for my best friends birthday. I found a hair in my food (chicken quesadilla) and when I sent it back, it was very clear that the hair was "removed" and my plate was simply reheated. Our other friend had a chicken burrito and found a small piece of bone in it. I have eaten at the Fiesta in Fall River and Dartmouth locations and both are disgusting. If your favorite Mexican dish is chicken enchiladas with green sauce, then don't eat here. That is my go-to meal and I've eaten it in many, many Mexican restaurants, including many in Austin, Texas (where I used to live) and in California, and in all honesty this was the most mediocre rendition I've ever come across. The green sauce was more brown than green and did not have any tang to it at all, so I wonder if it even had any tomatillos in it. I mean, what was it, really? The refried beans were a pale, flavorless soup. Just so blah. I LOVE refried beans and these were just so disappointing. I think they must've had more lard than beans. The rice was okay, and the shredded chicken inside the tortillas was also ok but, again, not very flavorful. It was nice to get free chips and salsa, but the chips tasted flat. Everything was edible but so lacking in flavor and authenticity. Service was fine. Atmosphere was kind of odd. The seat in the booth was like a hundred years old, lots of rips...and that would definitely not bother me IF the food was great. But it wasn't. And while I appreciate that they obviously try to keep the place clean with disinfectant, I really do not appreciate smelling it while I'm eating, especially when the table next to us is being cleaned with a spray bottle of citrus-y cleaner. This place just misses the mark. I came, I tried, and I don't need to go back. Maybe other items on their menu are better, but the Suiza Enchiladas are not what Suiza Enchiladas are supposed to be. we came here for taco tuesday and it was so worth it! the tacos are so so yummy and my boyfriend really enjoyed the refried beans. for a little under $16 we got all you can eat tacos and they let us get different meats and soft shells! our servers were very quick and nice and the place is cutee. definitely recommend - next time we'll try the margs :) read more

My daughter had a cheese quesadilla, which was so overloaded with cheese. It was amazing. We had the queso dip which my daughter said was the best she's ever had. She had a virgin strawberry margarita which she said was perfect and she got the churros which she said were best ever I had a chicken enchilada and chili rellanos with the flan, which were all very good and the Mojito was very refreshing. Update: a few weeks ago during the pandemic we were talking about the first restaurants we want to go to once we feel safe and ones we miss the most. I decided I missed Fiesta the most but that take out would probably be disappointing. We decided to try it and it is AMAZING as take out. We have gotten it several times... You need to go!! This local chain has to be one of our favorite Mexican restaurants around. We love the Fiesta chimichanga which is generously filled. It is perfectly fried and topped with a cheese sauce. Outstanding!! Service is very friendly and attentive. Regardless of the location we've been to or how busy it is we have always found staff to be helpful and extra attentive (sometimes almost where you feel rushed...) They offer a full bar with an array of margaritas and special drinks to offer. The ambiance especially at night is beautiful with warm lights and decor. I have order from fiestas quite a few times and I'm always disappointed. I saw that they now had birria tacos so I said ok let's try. Now so many great restaurants and food trucks that serve birria tacos but with only 30 min lunch break I got fiestas. I am lucky I did not break a tooth as they leave cartridge and bones from the meat in the taco just chopped up small. I went to Fiesta and I loved it. This is a Mexican restaurant however the wings and burgers are amazing if you're not interested in that. I recommended the buffalo wings, they're great. The Mexican food is delicious, and the service has never been poor. read more

Must say this was disappointing. I have been told by numerous friends and neighbors that this was a great Mexican restaurant. It's right next-door to my favorite Thai restaurant so whenever I would go to fiesta, I would end up taking a detour into the ninth monarch. I will continue to do that from now on. I ordered the Carne Asada. The skirt steak was crispy. It was so over cooked. Almost impossible to chew. There wasn't a drop of moisture left in the meat. The refried beans were not refried. I'm not sure what they were. They looked and tasted like wallpaper paste. The rice looked like rice. It was a little over cooked, but it didn't have any flavor or seasoning. There was allegedly pico de gallo on the plate somewhere, but I didn't find it. The tortillas were OK. I don't think they were homemade. The chips were fantastic. But the hot sauce in my opinion was probably jarred and watered down. Didn't have any spice to it. Very disappointing. Overall, I doubt I'll go back. I might give it one more shot but I doubt it. When a Mexican restaurant has bad hot sauce and bad refried beans it tells you a lot about what's going on or not going on in the kitchen. But the real tragedy was what they did to that skirt steak. I think it would've made great roof tiles. It's only fair to say that the service was fantastic. We were greeted at the door seated right away, and the wait staff knew the menu and was very solicitous. The salsa and guacamole were really exceptional but chips were slightly stale (amazing, right???), and it was three different types of chips that were just all a bit on the old side. But the meat toppings were also on the plain side. I thought we would have been better off at Taco Bell to be honest. Last sunday me and my family went to Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. Overall, the experience was great. When we entered the restaurant the waiter gave my brother and sister a paper with crayons. That was great because me, my dad and my mom could choose our food in peace. The ambiance was good. It had good lighting and the songs were great. I ordered pollo con crema. In English, it is chicken with cream. The flavor of the sour cream went well. The dish was big. It was very savory. It went well with the cost. I also ordered a drink. It was Canada Dry. It was sweet. Overall, the experience there was great. I really enjoyed it had the right saltiness. My parents also thought that the food was delicious. My wife and kids love this restaurant. In fact they go this restaurant at least once a month. The owners and the waitstaff knows my wife and kids. I came here with about 14 people. We called ahead and the manager made sure we had a big enough table waiting for us when we arrived. We had four people in our party that were strict vegetarians and the manager had the kitchen staff make vegetarian dishes off the menu. As always the food is great and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good time. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are big. I was at Fiesta last night with my boyfriend, sitting at the bar as we normally would. This very rude customer sat a stool over from me. She didn't stop talking to other patrons the whole time she was there. At one point saying that the restaurant needed someone manning the bar and her section specifically. What she failed to see was that the staff was very attentive and considerate in "her" section, they were keeping an eye on everyone but not interrupting anyone. This woman called the manager over to complain that she had to wait for service and how unprofessional it was that employees in other sections were standing around or on their phones instead of catering to guests around the restaurant. I would like the staff and especially management to know that this woman was off her rocker. The staff was amazing, attentive, courteous and friendly. I've had 1 bad experience and Adrian rectified the situation quickly and went above and beyond with ensuring I continued to be a satisfied customer. I highly encourage other to go here for your Mexican food desires because it's sooooo good and authentic.
