So happy when I find food Mexican food! The food was served fast by a very friendly young man who took our orders. He even suggested some tacos that weren't on the menu, but were a favorite of their 'regulars'. Of course we couldn't turn that down. We ordered skinny margaritas and they were served as requested. Plenty of food, so leftovers were boxed up for us afterwards. We will be returning. read more

Flawless, awesome, delicious, efficient, friendly, clean, best Mexican/El Salvadorean food around. The menu is staggering with so many choices. My partner took 30 minutes deciding on our order, googling all the different choices. We never heard of many. We called our order in and when we arrived, we found the spot so pleasing, we decided to dine outside. Elizabeth, the front end manager was the consummate professional AND a delight. First time here with a friend from work. Food was very good and served quickly, even on the 5th of May. Drinks were also very good-- one thing I would suggest is to create some sort of drink menu since there is none. Considering the fact that it is the 5th of May, or Cinco de Mayo, there was no wait for a table. However, my one concern was the hostess who essentially forced/rushed myself and my friend out because they needed the table. Mind you there was nobody waiting and there were multiple tables available. It's unfortunate because we would've continued to drink & enjoy the restaurant, but since we felt that we were expendable, we left right after she came to our table. Our waitress was wonderful however, so I would say the service overall was very good, except for the hostess towards the end of our meal. The overall aesthetic and decor was very nice as well. Hmm ...where do I start with this review? I had high hopes for this restaurant but the service from our waitress completely ruined it for my family and I. I was looking forward to dine at this restaurant for a couple of weeks and I finally was able to make it on a Sunday evening (7:30pm). Entering the restaurant we were not greeted by anyone so we walked right in aimlessly. When a waitress finally acknowledged us, we were told to sit anywhere. We had planned having dinner while watching the football game (which we did not do since the waitress completely ignored our request to watch the game). Once we sat down a waitress "Cindy" came with the menus. After looking through the paper menu we didn't know what to order since everything looked appetizing. We asked "Cindy" what she recommend and she had no recommendation which we found odd. We finally ordered the supreme shrimp nachos as an appetizer(delicious). We did not receive plates to eat on or napkins. The nachos were messy to eat and our waitress was no where to be found so I stood up to ask for napkins. Our whole dinner was just like that ...in search of our waitress. Honestly, I feel like she was just not trained. She was not attentive she was more concerned with her cell phone and eating behind the register. The waitress only had one other table the restaurant was empty she could of done a better job! I hate leaving bad reviews but the service was horrible. The food that we got to order before we got fed up was good and authentic (I am Mexican). Tips: Have the "spicy" red salsa. I could cry happy tears at discovering this place. Having lived on the border in San Diego for 8 yrs and going to Mexico often, I have missed Mexican food SO MUCH after moving back to MA. Today I got takeout from Mi Antojo and it was so delicious! The carne asada plate is tasty, homestyle, and a big portion. They even have spicy fruit with chamoy! It was packaged in cups ready to take out. It was SO good, if you've never had spicy fruit you must try it! The restaurant was pretty and clean inside. I can't review service as I only got takeout but it was fast! Can't wait to try more things from the menu and I hope this place succeeds. read more

Was looking for good local areas and came across Mi Antojo, got the chicken quesadilla and 3 taco mix shrimp and beef. The tortillas were subpar, and either not toasted enough. The shrimp tasted bad like unenjoyable and I a big fan of shrimp. My partner got the chicken quesadilla, "the chicken was okay quality wouldn't eat again" definitely won't be trying this place again and took 40-50 minutes to make. Ordered from here through uber eats. After a few hours of the order updating longer and longer uber eats canceled it. Called the restaurant and they told me they could have it ready shortly. In the middle of a mad rush on cinco de Mayo they completed the order in a timely manner and were very pleasant to deal with. Worst experience I've had ever eating out at a restaurant. Ordered beef enchiladas was given cheese and onion enchiladas. Waitress said she could get me the meal but it's gonna take awhile bc there's other orders they need to do. I was dumbfounded that they messed up my order then I would have to wait after other people who came after me to eat. Sitting there on a date was embarrassing. I got charged almost $15 for 3 enchiladas with rice and regrows beans but the enchiladas had less than a teaspoon of filling which was again just cheese. which was a simple feta cheese and a few onion pieces. Then $5 for a draft beer that was not even full. I was agitated being forced to eat what I didn't order Just so I could eat with my date. I receiveds no compensation for my meal. I asked her to pack it up to go. She didn't return to the table for awhile so I got up to pay for my meal and grab my left overs. Stated didn't hear me and she thrown it away. Are you serious?! I full dish with only one eaten enchilada of the 3 a dish barely touched. I still am appalled and in shock this even happened. Let me recap I paid full price for a meal I never ordered then when I asked for her to pack it she threw it away. That's insane to me. Unbelievable. Absolutely awful. I would not even give this place a 1 of 10 for today's experience. I wouldn't give them a number at all! Never again! Never again! read more
