The only reason I'm docking a star is because it's Taco Bell and it's gross fast food and the quality is never going to be good enough to give it 5 stars. Sorry T-Bell. However, I was really impressed with this particular store. First of all, it was cleaner than any fast-food restaurant I have ever been in. I've worked in fast food and as I stared back into the kitchen, I was in total shock. I have particular food restrictions and as I was placing my order (throwing in my needs and restrictions), I could tell the poor girl behind the counter was a little overwhelmed and probably somewhat new. The manager came over and helped place my order (in a way that didn't make the counter staff seem incompetent which is a great quality in a manager) and they made sure my food was made in a way that I could eat it. Incompetent people. Just went through the drive thru a couple of minutes ago and there was no one else in line. Made us wait several minutes before we could even order. Then, they gave us seven tacos when we only ordered 5 and only 2 of the seven were correct. We asked for no sour cream and there was 5 with sour cream, we asked for tomatoes and only one of the seven had tomatoes. And to top it all off they gave us one straw for us to apparently share between two drinks and gave us no sauce. Will never return to this location again. Just waited over twenty minutes and still not even our nachos for our screaming toddler. Our answer when we asked about our order?! Three orders in front of ours. Similar to previous poster, I don't review fast food unless it's great or horrible. This one is horrible! Went to drive thru on a rainy Wednesday before thanksgiving, admittedly not a great time to eat anywhere. Ordered one of their extra large chicken stuffed burritos, $4.79. At minimum, I was expecting something with chicken in it. I guess I was wrong. Just a small burrito, stuffed with beans, rice, and some bad smelling sour cream. Thankfully I ordered a crunchy taco as well, I needed it because I was still hungry. $10 for a fast food meal, would have been better off going to chipotle! Another small annoyance was asking specifically at the drive-through window if napkins were included in the bag. The attendant said absolutely, they are in there. Drove away happy to eat in the car, then realized there were no napkins. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at this specific location. Got rid of the crispy potato tacos. Drive thru takes forever. And the past 3 times I've gone there I've gone through the drive thru at 11:55pm when I know they do not close until midnight. I know they all want to leave and whatever, but I want my food. It's very very poor customer service skills. That is how you lose customers . Taco Bell should be open until 1am or later. read more

Bought a "Grande Meal," which was supposed to have 10 "Fresco Bean Burritos." The plan was to eat one a day. On the third day, I discovered they had only given me 8 burritos, not 10. Then I weighed the remaining burritos. The Nutrition Information states that each Fresco Bean Burrito is supposed to weigh 213 grams. My remaining burritos weighed between 165 and 199 grams, averaging only 80% of the specified 213 grams. The long and the short of it is - at this Taco Bell, you do NOT get what you paid for. I work near this location so i literally go to this taco bell about 3 times a week for lunch. I always order the same thing. For whatever reason, this taco bell always had trouble ringing in my order when paid with a card. I always try multiple cards but for whatever reason they do not even register them. So they get a manager and he or she handles it. I felt bad so i would always pay in cash lately to avoid having to bother the manager. I work in customer service also so i always go above and beyond to treat csrs with the respect we deserve. Well today i did not have cash. I apologized and explained she will probably need a manager since this location has trouble with my card. She scoffed and said "no we dont do that" i was stunned at what she said and how she said it. I explained my situation to her explained how fot whatever reason this location has trouble with the cards. She proceeded to laugh at me and vigorously swipe my card. She laughed again and said "yeah, its not just us". I was so taken back i reached for my card and asked if a manager could come over. I took my card back as she said "no you can go to the bank and come back". I told her absolutely not and drove away. I am a pretty regular customer I've been going here for a few years now, the staff is great HOWEVER, they have messed up my orders quite a few times now! I have been a vegetarian for 12 years now, so I physically can not stomach meat! I hate wasting food so otherwise I'd just suck it up and eat it! But I don't understand what is so hard to understand about NO MEAT. I looked the cashier right in the eyes and said it about 3 times! I checked the receipt and she put it in as bacon. If vegetarian is not an option for a breakfast quesadilla then say so?? I'm a little annoyed, but I am still nice enough to give 4 stars because I LOVE Taco Bell, mainly for their vegetarian options!! Usually a long wait time, not usually a problem. Day shift is completely different than night shift. Rarely is my food made wrong during lunch hours and it's always hot and well portioned. At night it's 50/50 on if the order will be right and you usually have to wait 20+ minutes, which is why I have not gone at night in years until today. I waited 20 minutes, they were very busy but i expected this long of a wait. They did not give me my side of nacho cheese, I went back up to get it (took 5 minutes). Sit back down to see that my chicken quesadilla has sauce on it when I requested no sauce (and the receipt reflected this). I Bring the quesadilla back up, instead of having the kitchen remake it, the guy up front says they are really busy and he has to ring it in as it's own order, with a 100% off discount. Wait another 20 minutes only for it to be made wrong again. I ask for a refund for the quesadilla at this point, dt kid tells the manager who screams from the back that the order was "free" so why would they give a refund for the quesadilla. I explained to the kid the problem of it being a remake, manager never comes up front. She tells the kid open the draw to give me the money. It is a 5 minute scramble for them to find the keys because they don't remember who had them last. No apologies made. I understand the long wait times even though others complained, but if you are going to make people wait this long, at least make their food right. And if you don't, fix the problem ASAP instead of saying you're too busy and make them wait another 20 minutes for food that is still not correct. They took my receipt when I was showing I did in fact pay the first time for the quesadilla, so I could not do the survey, which I know is the only reviews they read / care about, but hopefully this helps people see they should go to this location during lunch only. read more
