the food is pretty good and consistent. whether drive thru or in store, the wait is never too long. would and will eat here again!

We've eaten at this location previously several times and something is always a miss weather it's forgetting to put our hot sauce in the bag or carelessly putting food in the bag and being left with a deconstructed taco but this is the only location we don't have to drive 15 minutes to get to so we go back. Last night though was an extra miss and it wasn't busy so not sure how it happened unless people don't care. We had no napkins Taco Bell is messy you eat with your hands and no straws for our drinks but the worst part is missing food items in our order. We might give this location one more try because of how convenient it is but that'll be the last if anything goes wrong read more

Taco Bell on hwy 200 Ocala. Ordered 12 tacos supreme and combo box . $34 (which was ridiculous ) and a combo for $7 The tacos were so wet , they were falling apart, . There were hardly any food inside the tacos . The combo box was fine. For that kind of cash , we could have gone to a Mexican restaurant and had a sit down meal . Won 't be going back. read more

A 1 star is to good for this place. This place has the worst service and they make the sloppiest food after making you wait 20 or more minutes to get it. The order is not usually wrong it's just so sloppy and a mess hard to eat. I've gone for the last time I will never spend my hard earned money in that nasty pit they call a restaurant. I normally don't write reviews, but the food was just sad. The employees were nice, but the food prep was terrible. The cinnamon twists were barely seasoned so they were extremely bland. The chalupas I ordered barely had any meat or filling so I basically had 90% shell- that wasn't even remotely fresh. If the price was less I would't complain, but it definitely wasn't worth the money spent at this location. read more

This Taco Bell used to be fine, but I don't know what happened in recent years. The food is just above bearable. Which I could probably stomach if it weren't for the dirty tables inside and the petty workers. One of the female workers who usually does the drive-thru has decided I'm on her bad list ever since I ordered something a little too quickly (I'm assuming? I'm not sure, especially since I've always made an effort to be nice) and refuses to look my way when handing me food, which is frustrating because if it drops then what happens then? The staff inside are okay but not much better. I try to be as kind as possible to fast food workers because they already get the crap end of the stick. In general Taco Bell has routinely been going down hill and this location is one of them. Each time that I've been to this location the quality of the food received has been, well, how do I put it, it's be gross. I hope with each rare time I come back that the quality and service would improve. But the poor service with cocky attitudes, bad food, goofing off behind the counter, dirty tables and a sense of lack of management seems to always linger here. I think this will be my last time visiting Taco Bell overall and especially this location. read more

I used to come here all the time, my sister and I came by here tonight and bought a chicken quesadilla w extra sour cream and asked if chipotle sauce came in it we were told yes. We get our order and we drive off and she checks the quesadilla it's nothing but chicken and cheese, so I turn around and go back to the window and tell the manager there wasn't any sour cream or chipotle sauce she told me to pull forward and they'd bring some out, I told them I wanted it remade, so they bring out another one and as I'm pulling off my sister checks it and it's a steak quesadilla not a chicken quesadilla, so I pull back around and they see me through the window and I get the manager giving me a *sigh* and a girl saying "oh my god", I tell her it was supposed to be chicken not steak & I told her sorry ( because I felt bad even though they were the ones messing up ) then she told me to pull forward and they'd bring it out, as I'm pulling off I hear the manager call back "it was chicken not steak" and I hear the cooks in the back "ohhh my godddddd", so they end up bringing the correct order out we pull off and get home and this is what we get... | two pieces of the quesadilla had no chicken and the others had barely any chicken. I recommend the taco bell out on 200, I've never had issues with them and they make it right the first time + no attitude. read more

The line is stunningly slow. Food is moderately pricey while it is still below average in taste. Also has a KFC in the same building. I recommend Taquería Guadalupe it is a food truck on the side of the road at 9311 Bahia Rd it is much better and much cheaper it is also a locally owned buisness and they cook it when you show up so it is fresh. God only knows what Taco Bell puts in their tacos. On the rare occasions I do eat there with the family we usually get a 12 taco box and get Doritos Locos Tacos cool ranch or nacho cheese there both pretty good. 3 out of 5 in cleanliness. 2 out of 5 stars. read more

This place has bad customer service at night. Went to grab some food with husband through drive tru and the lady taking the order is simply rude. Didn't get her name but I definitely send a message to main headquarter with details on our bad experience. BUT anyways, girl with the curly blonde hair, you need to fix your attitude, if you're not happy working there then go elsewhere, a smile goes a long way.
