Let me start with this... I will Never not eat Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. I mean who doesn't, right? My 80 year old father went inside the Taco Bell on NW Expressway west of Council in OKC bc he can't hear in the drive through. The person inside told him he could only order on the kiosk and wouldn't take his order. He told an 80 year old man the only way to order was through the kiosk. This store has gotten so bad that they just hand you a bag with whatever in it now. I've never gotten exactly what i've ordered from this taco bell. If I order a veggie fiesta burrito, all I get is rice and beans inside. I totally understand if you are out of ingredients, but I think you have an obligation to tell people that they are only getting half of what they are paying for. My boyfriend and I went to the Taco Bell on Southwest third and Rockwell $22 for six tacos and two Dr Pepper there were supposed to be supreme. They weren't called 10 times that night never got an answer the next day at work. I called eight more times, they never answer the phone after work. I drove there, and tell them that the manager turned around, didn't say a word walked off and went her office and never came out again. This is possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I work some late nights, and oftentimes when I get close to home I have three options: McDonald's (gross), IHOP (too expensive, and I don't want to eat there), and Taco Bell. This location is less than a mile from my house, and there are times that I shame myself by patronizing it... well, too frequently. I would guess that about 85-90% of the time, they get my order wrong. It's almost always that they give ground beef when fajita steak is ordered. Now, they run out of things A LOT. There's definitely a possibility that sometimes, when I get the wrong thing, it's because they ran out of the protein I ordered and are hoping I don't check before I get home. They usually charge me the extra 79 cents or whatever it is to get the fajita meat, though... so it's either a REALLY low-level scam, laziness, or stupidity... or a combination. Again, they run out of things A LOT. Sometimes it's categorical; out of chicken, out of ground beef, out of crunchy taco shells (how do you even?). Sometimes they'll run out of specific items (usually whatever the hot, new item that's being advertised is). However, sometimes they're out of everything. LITERALLY everything. Don't you love pulling up to a Taco Bell at 1:30am and hearing "We don't got no food, we won't be able to start taking orders for 30 minutes"? No. No one loves that for anything other than how damn ridiculous it is. Also, the customer service at this location, late night, is virtually nonexistent. It's in the bad attitudes of the employees, it's in the lack of attention paid to your order, it's in the way that sometimes they will COMPLETELY ignore the drive-thru -giving it the silent treatment until you drive off. The only thing that this place has going for it is how late it stays open, and Taco Bell knows that. If it's 3am, Wendy's closed an hour ago, the better Taco Bell at Hefner and Rockwell just closed... what do you do? IHOP? McDonald's? Do you drive three miles to Whataburger to get their version of shitty late night service? Or do you say "screw it" and roll the dice on one of the worst Taco Bells in the metro? This is my favorite Taco Bell. They always have outstanding customer service no matter what time of day it is, it's likely you'll drive away with a smile on your face. Everyone is human and makes mistakes, this was the case one of our visits whenever they gave us the wrong amount of Cinnabon delights. We noticed this mistake and turned back and let the staff know. They quickly resolved this issue and apologized on their behalf. The staff and customer service at this location are my favorite of any fast food crew I have been to.
