When I called to ask for a refund the lady on the phone was extremely irritated with me and had an attitude. She told me there was nothing she could do until I asked to get my food remade. She agreed and hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I have worked customer service my whole life and know the expectations. If you don't like your job do yourself and the people around you a favor and quit. I expect these employees tonight to be held accountable. Have the night you deserve guys. read more

Taco Bell Lux Box sounded good for dinner. I ordered at the drive through window. I was asked to pull up; my order would be right out. I pulled up and waited. The car behind me started honking their horn. There is only one way out of that drive. I wasn't going anywhere without my food. It took what looked like an employee leaving work to see the problem and go back inside to let them know what was happening. I'm in management of my medical office and can't help believing this happens on a regular basis. System seems to always be down when certain staff are working. This Taco Bell is the worst I've ever been to. They had 5 employees and JD was the ONLY one hustling and trying to help. There was a kiosk to order from, which we did, and they couldn't find our order. It didn't appear that we could order from the front desk. They, eventually, found our order and it took 20 minutes to receive our food even though we were the only ones in there when we placed our order. I had to pay 30 cents extra on each taco for extra cheese, which is a stupid price at ALL restaurants, and had to go up to ask for a little cup of cheese because there was no extra cheese on my tacos. The lady fixing the food acknowledged my presence and then ignored me. While I stood there waiting for one of the 5 people to help me JD finally asked me what I needed. I told him extra cheese, which he promptly got for me but, alas, my taco was already cold. So JD was exceptional but the other 4 people working today were slackers. The food was sloppily made and soooooo messy to eat! I can totally understand why this place only has 2 stars. We all know that Taco Bell is one of the greatest things to happen to us. Well, my quarterly visits to Taco Bell is this location by 122nd and Penn Ave. Every time I have been, the food is consistently great and the service is fantastic. The staff here makes the difference. They have always been courteous, proactive, and hard working. Earlier today I ordered a Chipotle Chickstar, a Chicken Quesadilla, and a Fiery Doritos Locos taco. The staff asked if I could wait in a parking spot as I paid because they were cooking fresh chicken and did not want to use old chicken. I said "heck yeah" and waited a few minutes before they brought me my food. When I took it home and starting grubbing, it was amazing. Again, you can't deny how wonderful Taco Bell is.
