I ordered 3 crispy tacos at the drive through. When I got them back to my hotel 5 minutes later, there was no sauce, I ordered 6 fire sauces, and there were no napkins. My first taco was OK. The other two were in 11 total broken pieces. Had to eat them like a taco salad. If I wanted a taco salad, that is what I would've ordered! This was ridiculous!!! Avoid this particular location! I was a customer in their drive through on 3/5/26 roughly between 7-8pm. I ordered 2 Chicken Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos. My order was made correctly but I was given Contaminated Chicken or someone messed with my food. I ended up throwing up all night & was in the clinic the following day for food poisoning. read more

It's Taco Bell. It's always what you expect and it's usually right. The service is quick and the dining room is usually decently clean.

i went to taco bell and when I was ordering, they told me to speak up so I spoke up and then they told me to stop yelling at them in a very rude tone and I understand that they deal with rude customers a lot, but I don't like myself a hypocrite. it upset and they forgot to give me my avocado ranch so in the end, I just kind of wish that they wouldn't have yelled at me. read more

the service was atrocious at the Petro Shopping Taco Bell. waited 30+ minutes for 3 tacos and had an extremely unprofessional conversation with the wait person who claimed there were only 2 cooks on staff. though I sympathize, we ordered 3 tacos which should've been made immediately upon complaint. Made a call and phone services were "not accepting calls at this time". horribly disappointed and will be expecting a follow up and compensation. read more

It's pretty standard fast food Mexican fare at this location. It offers a drive-through: on the inside, you can use a self-order kiosks or a cashier. Bathrooms are clean, but serve one person at a time. They had about a half dozen combo meal options, which were of marginal interest to me. Dining room is relatively small. Took 8 minutes to get noticed. Then they were like "well the dining room is closing in 7 minutes. Me and my mom ordered for 5 people you think we are going to eat it there. Anyway as I was leaving they pulled the door shut right behind me almost hitting me. I have very bad balance problems so that would have made me fall. They grabbed the door out of the lady who was trying to get in and locked it. Not a word just locked it and walked away. Food was terrible. QuesaRito was way to spicy. I take great pleasure in describing the devistation left upon my taste buds threw out my greatest battles. Each establishment I mercelissly raid adds to the notch in my belt, and plunder to my walls. But not today. Today I rushed in head strong unknowing of what the cruel mistress fate had in store for me. Trully unaware of how unprepared and foolish I truly was. That mistake nearly cost me everything. It began walking into the battle field known as tacobell. I quickly surveyed the enemies worth taking, which where many. First I choose the mighty Nachobell grande. For she has chips topped with cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and even beans... Then was the chalupa whos fried outter layer called to me as a siren called the greatest of sailors to there death. Next was the power burrito who's claim of strength drawn from depths unknown peaked my interest like a saiyan meeting a new threat that promised a trully horrifying struggle. And lastly was the midnight taco, who's very being brought forth the darkness that encompasses each and every soul, each corner of the world that light dare not touch. I waited with pride, pride well earned pride that has not truly been shaken. The bell Grande was deceptive then i thought. Brining me to my knees once the flavours combined to unleash hell on my being. The chalupa bore down deep striking me from each side showing me mercy was a thing of the past... Then from the dark came the midnight taco who shoot fourth the power burrito from the darkness in a dual attack I was surrounded in black and punished by the power I wrought. This torment only ended when the lobby closed. I was let go from this punishment just in time. For i had no where left to turn. I stumbled to my feet then into my vessel to lick my wounds like a dog. This was the truly most satisfying defeat. I learned much and again like the saiyans this has only made me strounger. Bravo taco bell. But I will be back.
