The food was fantastic. There was great with many different services. The room was lots of fun

I don't know how many times I have been here hoping they would actually get my orders right or my food I Ordered for that Matter I keep going back because the food is good but I have left not checking the bag because I shouldn't have to do that yet again I was stuck spending money and yet again not getting the food I ordered . But they seem to get my sons order right (half the time ) something needs to give maybe some team work ? Or double checking the bag for sending it off to the customer ? I'm just done going there . Hope this does not happen to anyone else I would hate to see the results in that . read more

I just drove through taco Johns, I got tacos and I was opening up my 2nd one & there was a black hair in it! I love taco johns but I do not appreciate paying for food, and having to throw it away because a hair fell into it while someone was making it. Being in a pandemic I find it disgusting and there should be no excuse as to why someone isn't wearing a hair net or why a hair fell into the food I was going to eat!! read more

Came through the drive thru and ordered my burrito with no tomatoes like always and the cashier even repeated to me that I ordered it with no tomatoes. Y'all better stop hiring 14 year olds and hire people that aren't brain dead so they can get your orders right. I am very pissed by the lack of customer service that I received while going through the drive though. She slammed the sliding window, multiple times, she was very rude and took forever to give us our change. Then when we proceeded to ask her to repeat our order she rolled her eyes and again, slammed the window. After about 20 minutes at the FIRST window, we finally made it to the second window and got our food. Food was good, but that's about it. read more

If you order food from the toco bell in Owatonna, Mn on the toco bell app. Be weary because once you put your credit card information in an hit submit you will be given a confirmation code and the app will say accepted. Your bank will accept the charges but the app will deny your card and the store says that they don't have your order, and then 2 days later toco bell manager will call you for your money and will be rude too you. read more

This place is so good! To put it as the locals did, its Taco Bell but way better and you don't get sick after. The food was really good, I had a grilled stuffed taco with their version of tater tots on the side. The tots may have been my favorite part but just barely. If you are looking for fast mexican food this is the place. read more

When it comes to fast food you can't beat Taco John's! You must try the potato oles, and be sure to get some nacho cheese for dipping. As for the main course go for the crunchy chicken and potato burrito. But by far the best thing about Taco John's is the Apple Grande. Honestly seeing how poor communication was from previous Taco John's in different areas. This one was probably one of the worst visits. And it was a to-go order. They didn't have registers set correctly. They were behind on so much of the food then upon that no one was watching the register ready for orders. And i quote from hearing this. "Front counter" was the call for someone to go to front counter. I've seen better and this wasn't what I liked seeing from them. read more
