I went to the drive-thru and ordered the Doritos supreme combo beef burrito and chips and nacho cheese sauce. I come up to the window they gave me my food however my chips were missing so I had to ask for them to get it and that's not their first error the second error it didn't give me packets of miles so I still have to drive around to the parking lot cuz I did not want to hold up the drive-through line went inside grab my packets of mild sauce. Then when I got home and open the box I noticed they screwed up my order big time I checked the receipt turns out they charged me for a burrito supreme combo. No service! I walked up to the counter to try to place an order, and was totally ignored for several minutes. When I had the audacity to ask an employee if someone could help me, I got a rude reply that he would get to me sometime. After several more minutes of standing there with my thumb up my "you know what" with no service anywhere in sight, I walked out and took my hungry stomach elsewhere. It's too bad. I always use the drive thru and I've always have gotten friendly and attentive service over the years. food comes pretty quickly. I think the Breakfast Burrito Scramblers are pretty tasty ...I just ask for no nacho cheese sauce and it's almost as good as a Roberto's chain Breakfast Burrito. Came threw the drive through and ordered our food order and when we got home we were missing 1reaper taco and a beef burrito. Very disappointed we tried to call (775) 727-7313 but as usual at this location management takes the phone off so they cant receive calls. This is an ongoing issue with this Pahrump location we are getting tired of this. Not to mention this is the only taco bell that skimps on the portions. The taco bells in Vegas use twice the amount of topping. This Taco bell owes me a beef burrito and a reaper taco. I have the receipt in hand. Got there about 6 o'clock. So about the peak of busy time. Ordered a large order so I understood it was going to be a minute for my food. After about 20 minutes I got my food and took it to my car. Checked it to make sure it was correct and it was not. I went inside to inform the girls the counter that I was missing something and she informed I'm assuming the manager or whoever is working the line and told me it would be a couple minutes. It's busy, I get it, what I don't get is watching someone else order after me get there food within 10 minutes, take it outside, only to discover something was forgotten and come back in and get her food within five minutes. Decided to dine in last night and the cashier was rolling her eyes every other word I said, not sure if she was upset at the fact that she couldn't hear me over her loud obnoxious cursing co workers in the background or if she was just being rude. This is probably the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, anywhere in the U.S.! They NEVER get my order wrong. They NEVER tell me they are out of something, not once. They NEVER ask me to pull around, out of the drive through line to wait for my food no matter what time it is or how busy they are. They are ALWAYS prompt & timely about the way they do everything, from taking the order at the speaker, taking payment & delivering the food & drinks. And they ALWAYS give you service with a smile & a wonderful positive attitude, no matter who it is at the window. This has got to be the only fast food place I have been to in my life where the employees are never in a bad mood and never give you attitude. They literally always have something nice or positive to say every single time I go through there. I'm absolutely blown away by the high quality of customer service at this location. Especially when it seems like every other fast food place at least in Pahrump is exactly the opposite. This place actually puts you in a better mood than you were before when you go through the drive through. Also, I've never had bad food from here. The food is never cold. It is always tasty, hot & fresh! The management here must really know how to run a business because the employees are amazing & always seem to be in a great mood! The one star is for service only. We ordered tacos from Taco Bell for dinner, the 8 pack combo. Menu said price was $14.99. The Cashier asked for $18.00. My husband said there couldn't possible be $3.00 in sales tax. He showed her the menu on the wall and her response was,oh, the price is $16.99. Corporate Headquarters must have changed the price without telling us. There's no way I can let you have them at the price posted on the menu! My husband let her get away with it. Too many times the orders have been wrong. In addition to this, you only get minimal tomatoes and cheese on things like a taco supreme (I actually counted only 5 tomato dices and the cheese shreds were so few that you could not even taste or detect it!) You have to search for the meat but the taco is loaded with lettuce! I really like Taco Bell but they are far too stingy with the ingredients that showcase their products. read more
