Our order was very disappointing. I got the quesadilla with the taco. I didn't get my extra chicken on my quesadilla or the sauce and I didn't get extra meat and extra cheese with no lettuce on my taco. There was no meat and no cheese. I have good experiences during the day but the night shift.. its always the male workers that just talk like they're in a locker room with their bros. Dirty floors and terrible customer service. Completely ignored the customers in line waiting to order food. Perhaps low in staffs but nobody acknowledged the customers in line. This is probably the worst Taco Bell you can go to in all of Palmdale. There was a time I ordered the soft potato tacos, and the potatoes were literally rock hard. I almost broke a tooth. I wanted to give this place a second chance, but this place continues to fail me. I went to this stablishment and there were about 8people waiting and a guys complaining how long it was taking. I order the new taco box (2) it took 35 minutes to get my boxes and only cause I got out to say how much longer. The lady looked lost and game my chips ( order 2) and I ask where is the rest of the food. She mumbled something in Spanish and took my recit. She came back with the taco box, when I opened it it was missing the crunchy taco.
