Okay, this place is pretty much a guilty pleasure for me. Lol. Even though I usually feel like I'm about to get heartburn by the end of the meal, the food still hits the spot every time. I typically order one of three things here: the BLT with avocado, a hamburger with no cheese, or the fried zucchini. I don't know if it's the seasoning, the cooking oil, or both, but the food slaps every time ...even if I end up in a food coma afterward. The portions are also great for the price. I try not to order from here too often because it's definitely not the healthiest food, but every once in a while it makes for a solid guilty pleasure meal. The staff here are great as well. I don't typically wait long for my food, they're generous with condiments, and they've always been welcoming whenever I've gone. As for the restaurant itself? Meh. The atmosphere is pretty ugly, the place feels old and outdated, and I honestly hate using their restroom. But since I don't usually come here to dine in, that part doesn't matter too much to me. read more

I ordered a bacon cheese burger meal from this location and everything about the burger was nasty! All the way down to presentation! Even my ranch wasn't all the way filled to the top, my lettuce was soggy, my tomato was soggy. The bread tasted funny and was hard and old! 16 dollars for an old burger! So I got a breakfast burrito this morning, which was kind of disappointing. It was a chorizo burrito and the beans were canned beans you could taste them and honestly, I've made canned beans before but vamp them up at least so they don't taste like can be it just wasn't as good as I thought, the burritos are cheaper, but they are way smaller than anywhere else, I was going to sit outside and eat it but pretty gross and nasty. They should think about pressure washing their outside area so I went to our spot at Lowe's under a tree and ate my burrito.. Mathew was my cashier I order 3 meals and he argued with me over water cups. ! I just moved and clearly the first day you don't have anything turned on I offered to pay for cups and he stated they don't sale water cups that I would have to buy a cup for $ 2.86. This is really bad customer service. I am a pillar in the community and come here for lunch and for breakfast very often and have never had to argue about water cups. Wow! What a disappointment. Primo Burgers used to be a great place to eat. Ordered a Double Burger and instead of fries order the fried zucchini. It was over cooked and barley any zucchini but overly battered and paid an extra $3.99 in exchange in stead of having fries, should have stayed with the fries. These fast food places quality of food is terrible now a days, the burger did not even have any taste. We should have gone to DOUBLE DOUBLE for the price we paid at primo Burgers. Never again. SMFH. Here we go again. NOT ONLY is customer service rude. The food we terrible. I LOVE PRIMO but sometimes the food is very off. Here it is Monday morning and the Carne Asada crumblrs are old and dry. I knew I should have just gotten the Pastrami :-( The rice is still gross and overcooked.... I wish I knew where to go for fast food Mexican. I'm so hungry and sad because I can't eat this. This place was so go good, but as of last year their food has gone down hill. They often don't get the order right and it becomes a double trip back here to get it corrected. I tried the patty melt today and it was not good They used wheat bread and American cheese, which I don't believe are typical choices, normally it's rye bread with Swiss cheese. We have always loved Primo burgers. They have been a regular stop through many years. This time we got take away and ordered something we were looking very forward to. The French dip I got was ok , the roast beef was a little dry and tough. The a jus was salty and the fries tasteless. My husband got a pastrami, he enjoyed it very much, his fries was like mine as well flavorless. And the prices are much more then on here. Been a customer for over 20 years and received the WORST service today 9/4/22 I ordered a hot wing combo with zucchini's 4 bacon avocado burgers & a jr hamburger combo along with a side order of zucchini. I placed the order over the phone picked it up, got home and found zero ranch then I tried calling 5 times to let them know that I was going to go pick some up and the calls went straight to voicemail at 5pm no where near closing time. I got there a waitress helped me I explained the situation and she said "well how many do you want." I asked for 6 she gave me 5 no big deal then I finally made it home to eat with my family & NONE of my burgers had avocado on them yet they were all labeled as "primo burgers" & to top it off the ranch was literally just sour cream with black pepper in it.
