In this pandemic, I try to be very understanding with all employees as these times are hard. But I've seen plenty of times the employees are goofing off and not paying attention to customers. A "cheese roll up" I know this item ranges in the dollar category but the wrap I got was a tortilla lightly garnished with cheese. So I have to say that I've been to this location multiple times and usually get pretty good service. I've never had a complaint about the food and the drive thru is always friendly. However, tonight was a completely different story when it comes to my food. I order Doritos locos (#8). The taco shell was so stale it was like they were left out a couple days and the meat was cold like if they cooked it and let it sit there all day the only reason I ate it was to put food in my body because I had such a long day and I was extremely tired. This particular Taco Bell is the best in town. I've gone here numerous times, and they have only messed up on my order once. The manager was there. I went back in to say I got a burrito with potatoes in it, and there were none. She said "I'm so sorry, we are actually out of potatoes, I'd be happy to get you something else and refund you for that purchase" I told her no refund just to hook me up with a side of nacho cheese, and filled me up a couple dipping cups with nacho cheese. She was fantastic. Also I've recently started doing the mobile/online orders, and wow they are great every time. My bf and I are Vegetarian, so instead of getting boring bean and cheese burritos we get regular burritos and swicth the meat to beans, and they always get it right. Food always taste like it is contaminated by cinnamon, multiple voices come on the speaker to take your order, and tortillas, shells, and chips taste stale. The final straw was not allowing me to buy a drink at the drive thru window as an additional order. Really? Taco Bell you just lost all of my business. It's Taco Bell so don't expect anything gourmet or something. But I was craving for a burrito and nachos so I ended up here..I like the supreme burrito and the super nacho supreme. This place owes me so many burritos by now. If I don't check the bag, they miss something every time. Tonight, I ordered 6 burritos and 2 nachos. She hands me the bag and says "here's your 8 items." So I felt confident they could handle such a simple order. Sure enough, I get home with 5 burritos. Maybe they should have the manager double checking every out going order. I went inside to eat instead of going to the drive through. Very clean & the service was pretty fast, cashier was super sweet, food came out within a few minutes. I ordered a Vegan Crunchwrap (which is beans instead of meat, no cheese/sour cream). When I started eating I noticed there was nacho cheese inside of my food which I specifically asked them not to include...huge disappointment. It seems that the problems with this TACO BELL persist , even after contacting the managers multiple times. We have ordered multiple times from this restaurant from the Grub Hub app. The two things that have not changed in such a long time is that when at least (we) have ordered food at various times of morning or evening, the problem still remains... NO SAUCES PROVIDED !! even though this is an option on the Grub Hub App. as I said contacted the management different ones, different days, and yet .. NO CHANGES!! the question arises as to why Taco Bell cannot or will not provide paying customers sauces for the food they sell on their pick up orders from different food delivery businesses. This evening the best I could achieve was the Manager giving me the number for Corporate as the following: 1800TacoBell , but then the second problem is quite notable, try ordering some Coffee on the App. The Coffee is listed as available on their combo breakfast menu ,but no Coffee is ever provided. I have asked the Manager also more then once, and the response is that they have tried to get it fixed, but no one has come out to fix the Coffee Machine is still broken. Literally THE worst customer service as well as rushing me in the drive thru. Get up to the window and surprisingly my food was ready within minutes. Open my food to see a half-filled "taco" and a loaded cheesy potato griller with no cheese and burnt potatoes. I call and store manager at the time (heavy Spanish accent) said I need to take it up with the app for a refund. The app has no contact info, so I email via TacoBell.com. I have also called at least FOUR times. It's 3/12 and I have NO refund. Franchise owner should be ashamed at having such terrible and uneducated MANAGERS who don't know protocols.
